TODAY’S FOCUS
Communities depend upon people whose work is easily taken for granted: Teachers, emergency responders, sanitation workers, utility crews, transportation workers, social workers, public employees, community volunteers, and many others whose daily responsibilities help maintain order, safety, and essential services.
We often notice them most when something stops working.
Today, we pray for the people whose faithful service contributes to the wellbeing of our communities.
TODAY’S PRAYER FOCUS
1). For protection: Pray for those whose work places them in dangerous, demanding, or unpredictable situations.
2). For integrity: Pray that people entrusted with public responsibility will serve honestly, fairly, and without abusing their position.
3). For strength: Pray for those working under staff shortages, inadequate resources, difficult conditions, or prolonged pressure.
4). For healthy communities: Pray for cooperation between residents, community institutions, and those providing essential services.

● Think of someone whose work contributes quietly to your community. Pray for them by name or by occupation.
● Then ask yourself: Do I only notice public servants when something goes wrong?

Abba Father,
We bring before You those who serve our communities. Protect those working in difficult conditions. Strengthen the weary and give wisdom to those carrying public responsibility.
Let integrity govern their service and protect communities from negligence, corruption, and abuse of authority.
Teach us also to become responsible members of the communities for which we pray.
In the matchless name of Jesus Christ, Amein.
