TODAY’S FOCUS
Jesus saw what was wrong with people, but He did not stop there.
He saw people who were weary, scattered, vulnerable, and in need of a Shepherd.
The Church must never become so skilled at identifying what is wrong that we lose compassion for the person who needs the Savior.
TODAY’S PRAYER FOCUS
1). For Christlike vision: Pray that believers will see people as souls to be reached rather than merely behaviors to be condemned.
2). For biblical compassion: Pray for grace to communicate truth without cruelty, superiority, or unnecessary humiliation.
3). For those ministering to broken lives: Pray for discernment to distinguish compassion from compromise while ministering truth with patience and wisdom.
4). For Gospel witness: Pray that our conduct toward unbelievers, struggling people, and those whose lives differ from ours will make the character of Christ visible.
