Scripture Anchor:
“Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.” 1 Samuel 7:12 KJV
Apostolic Insight:
Growth becomes easier to recognize when we stop long enough to look back. Samuel marked the place He wanted Israel to remember: God helped us here.
It is important to reflect. At the beginning of October, we asked what it means to steward the vessel. Now look back:
· Did you notice how tired you really were?
· Did you say no to something without drowning in guilt afterward?
· Did you finally make an appointment?
· Did you turn off some noise?
Or perhaps you asked for help, enjoyed something without feeling that you first had to earn it, admitted that something hurt, recognized a burden that was never yours?
Even if nothing dramatic happened at all, and you simply became more aware, that matters too.
Spiritual growth is often incremental, wiser responses, healthier decisions, moments of restraint, earlier bedtime, conversations, boundaries, or a prayer prayed more honestly. Before rushing into another month, notice what God has been teaching you, mark your Ebenezer; “Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.”
Ponder This:
What has changed in the way I understand or steward myself since October began?
Declaration:
· I will recognize the work of God in both dramatic breakthroughs and quiet growth.
· I remember His help with gratitude.

Father, thank You for every lesson You have taught me this month. Show me growth I may have overlooked and habits that still need attention.
Thank You for correction, wisdom, strength, provision, and grace. I acknowledge that every healthy change has been sustained by Your help.
Hitherto You have helped me, and I trust You for the journey ahead. In the matchless name of Jesus Christ, Amein.
Shalom,
Hephzibah Christly
