Scripture Anchor
“Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.” John 15:8 KJV
Busyness can make you feel productive. However, activity and fruitfulness are different things.
You may attend Church regularly, read constantly, apply very little, serve everybody while neglecting what God actually assigned to you, or talk extensively about spiritual warfare while exercising very little self-control, and still not grow.
Sometimes the question is not: “Am I doing much?” But, “What is this producing?”
Jesus spoke about fruit, not merely activity:
Fruit nourishes, reproduces, and provides evidence of what kind of tree produced it.
So occasionally examine your activity:
1). Is it producing Christlike character?
2). Is somebody genuinely being helped?
3). Is your family receiving the benefit of what you profess publicly?
4). Are you becoming more obedient, discerning, disciplined, loving, and useful?
If not, more activity might not be the answer. Perhaps something needs pruning.

Remember:
Busyness counts what you do. Fruitfulness examines what it produces.
Warfare Prayer:
Father, we thank You for every assignment You have entrusted to me.
Give me wisdom to distinguish purposeful service from unnecessary activity, and prune what consumes strength without producing the fruit You desire.
I reject distraction disguised as productivity.
I declare that my time, gifts, strength, and opportunities will produce fruit that glorifies You and blesses others.
In the matchless name of Jesus Christ, Amein.
Shalom,
