How else can I overcome persistent issues apart from prayer and fasting?

Sometimes in life, you have to really work at overcoming what might  be considered insurmountable problems. It is known as ‘working out your deliverance ‘ (See Philippians 2:12)

In addition to prayer and fasting, you need to:

  1. Change your mindset: (See Philippians 2:5)

Be humble and ready to  do the will of God as revealed in His written Word.

  1. Repent: (See Proverbs 28:13,1John 1:7-9, Galatians 5:22-23)

God forgives sins and not excuses. Be ready and willing to develop Christlikeness in worship, character and service.

  1. Use your authority in Christ to neutralize the forces of evils that are influencing that adversity: (See Luke 10:19)

You have the authority to use the name of Jesus Christ to cast down and out, all evil spirits, and imaginations. You can also neutralize the effectiveness of Human agents of satan, with GOD’S Word from your mouth.

  1. Change your prayer strategy. (See Philippians 4:6-8,James 4:3)

There are different types of Prayers. You should know which is appropriate for your issues.

  1. Learn to listen to the inner witness of the Spirit and act accordingly. (See Romans 8:14, John 14:31)

The Holy Spirit lives in and works through all Believers of Christ. He is known as – Helper. Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor, Counsellor, Strengthener, Standby (See John 14:31, Amp)

  1. Ask God to SuperNaturally Intervene and help you. (Romans 10:13)

What God did for others, He will do for you also. Read the story of how the faithful God showed up strong for Samsom. (See Judges 16:28)

#boldlyDeclare this Prayer:

Dear Father God.

I know I need help.

Help me Father.

Fill me up grace for grace with your fullness.

Let nothing be wanting in me.

 Enclose me.

 Engulf me.

Redeem me again.

Revive me Father.

 I am your sanctuary.

I yearn for my life to be a living sacrifice to you daily.

I give up everything.

Whatever does not align with your Word and will for my life, Remove.

I refuse evil to be in me anymore.

For I am called by your name.

I am created for your glory.

Shine forth through me O God.

Let me continually radiate your glory.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ I pray.

Shalom from Hephzibah Christly, #TheSpiritualWarrior. August 8th, 2022.
