A teachable heart is fertile ground for spiritual growth.

Scripture Anchor:

“God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.” James 4:6 KJV

Apostolic Insight:

One of the greatest obstacles to growth is believing we no longer need to grow.

Humility keeps the heart open to God’s instruction: It allows correction without resentment, and welcomes wisdom without defensiveness

It also acknowledges that God still has more to teach us.

God our Refiner can do much with a willing and teachable heart.

Remember: Humility opens the door to greater growth and maturity.

Where is God inviting me to remain teachable?

Declaration:

My heart remains humble and receptive to God’s instruction.

I welcome His wisdom and correction.

Prayer of Agreement:

Father, as You have kept my heart humble before You, help me remain teachable and responsive to Your voice.
