Answer:                                      Yes it does absolutely! That is why the Bible asks-

“…Should the living seek guidance from the dead? (Isaiah 8:19; NLT)

What is Necromancy?    Nec·ro·man·cy is the practice of communicating with the dead in order to predict the future.

Necromancy  is also an aspect of occultism that is classified under magic practices. 

In addition, occultism is the antithesis – is in direct opposition to God and Christianity.

To the Christian Believer, God says;

“Don’t…try to use any kind of magic or witchcraft to tell fortunes or to cast spells or to talk with spirits of the dead.” (Deuteronomy 18:11, CEV)

The reason is this:                             ‘all who do such is abominable to God’                        (See Deuteronomy 18:12) 

And the Penalty is death:              “Men and women among you who act as mediums or who consult the spirits of the dead must be put to death by stoning. They are guilty of a capital offense.” (Leviticus 20:27 NLT)

Death is separation from God.       Anyone who is not under the authority of God is definitely in subjugation to satan, which places the individual  in demonic torment.

Involvement with any form of occultism  increases demon activity. 

Solution:

When you are facing challenges, Seek God through Jesus Christ the only and perfect Mediator (See 1Timothy 2:5, Hebrews 9:15)

Christ  understands what you are going through for He has been there before. The Bible says:                    “This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin.” (Hebrews 4:15 NLT)

Be aware dear people of God, that satan is the avowed enemy of both God and Humans- he wants you to self-destruct since he cannot kill you because you are off his reach.         So, he entices and deceives you, to do things which God abhors, in order to alienate and isolate you for easy preying. 

When you as a child of God do what HE expressly forbids, and seek help from agents of satan, you have of your own freewill handed your life over to the devil for torment.

ABBA Father, we thank you for this revelation of Your Word that has brought enlightening to your people.

We identify with everyone that this Word convicted  in their hearts.  We acknowledge involvement with necromancy and other related branches of occultism. 

I…..( mention your name) hereby renounce satan and all his gifts of divination, bloodline mediumistic abilities, and all related satanic spiritual gifts. 

Thank you Father for your faithfulness,  in forgiving our sins and cleansing all our unrighteousness, in accordance with your Word (See 1John 1:7-9).

I….( mention your name) hereby receive a fresh unction from the Holy Spirit and rededicate my life and bloodline to God. 

And I also declare my household and I,  Accept,  Believe and Confess that Jesus Christ is the Lord of our lives. 

I hereby command to go at once to the feet of Christ,  abd with all their relatives,all evil spirits that are tormenting, oppressing, intimidating, manipulating, obsessing, or controlling us. Whether they are assigned to us or conjured by us, we refuse to interact, accomodate or acquiesce any further with them.

We proclaim all links to the forces of evil  destroyed and All works of satan manifesting as hardship,  frustrating circumstances, illnesses,  poverty and related evils, are destroyed. 

From henceforth,  we walk the pathways of righteousness, faith in God, victories, supernatural favors, ease of accomplishment and the grace to enjoy all the benefits of Salvation.
