Bible Base: 2 Peter 3:18 NLT
You must grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ…
If you do not grow, you will stagnate, vegetate, and die.
For every Believer, we must radiate God’s glory as we illuminate our world with our knowledge of Him. (See Proverbs 4:18)
Don’t be that Christian who has vast knowledge of politics, the sciences, and who is also an avid conspiracy theorist; But whose knowledge of God stems only from quotes of either the pastor or some Christian writer.
Be that Christian who knows God for him/herself.
God’s Word says in Jeremiah 9:24 that we should glory in this:
1). That we (a) understand and (b) know Him [personally and practically, directly discerning and recognizing His character],
2).That we know Him as the Lord, Who practices loving-kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth.
These are the things that make God delight-full.

Until I grow in the knowledge of who God is, His character, His ways and works, then, I am one of the most ignorant humans alive.
It really doesn’t matter the number of doctoral degrees I have acquired, if I have no knowledge of God, and am still growing in a relationship with him, there is nothing to be glorious or proud about.
Without the true knowledge of God, and an ongoing relationship with Him, all life’s pursuits are a waste! Zero!
Hey, don’t give up on yourself, it’s not too late to start now.
Personal Testimony:
When my kids were growing up and in their college years, they were encouraged to be known as radicals for Christ: Which effectively set boundaries, and later kept the cultists away from them.
As a proud parent, I can testify that my kids are all blessed with supernatural intelligence: which is the result of prioritizing Bible Study and a relationship with God.
I may not have scientific data to establish my point, but I can tell you from seeing the educational excellence of my kids and grandkids, that their educational excellence came about from delving into the Word of God.
One of my daughters testified about how reading her Bible before tests and exams, opened up her mental capacity.
Diligence in reading the Bible, expands your mind, memory and intelligence.
As you keep reading your Bible, you will experience an increase in your ability to receive, retain, recall, and apply knowledge.
You may think my theory of theology is foolish, but remember that, “The foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men” for “God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise…the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty”
(See 1 Corinthians 1:25,27 MEV)
You can start today by prioritizing personal Bible Reading, look up all the scriptures referenced in your daily devotionals, and prayerfully apply what you read.
God desires an ongoing relationship with you. Christianity is a lifestyle: it is not a garment of convenience to wear on Sundays.
Let Us Pray
#PrayerPoints4Today:
1). Spend a minute to just meditate on what you read.
a). How does it affect your life?
b). What can you change to become better?
2). Present your decision to God, and ask Him to help you become better in your quest to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
3) Pray to always remember the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, that through his poverty you might be rich. (Read 2 Corinthians 8:9): So that, you will never accept the disgrace of living in debts and unable to pay bills, or meet basic needs.
4) Ask God to help you to understand and know Him personally and practically,as well as to directly discern and recognize His character.
5). Ask God to help you to experience HIS Lordship in your life.
6). Rededicate yourself and family to Him and affirm that in Him you live, move, and have your being.
7). Repent of all the ways that you have allowed the ways and words of the world to corrupt your good morals.
8). Command all the evil spirits that are running all over your affairs, to stand down, and proceed immediately to the feet of Jesus Christ.
9). Thank God that HE practices loving-kindness, judgment, and righteousness on the earth and that you are proud to be His Child, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ ♥️.
