#4 Prayer Focus for Today: The Surrendered Life.

Greetings people of God.

The first song in my spirit this morning is a popular hymn that we used to sing in my teenage years.

Here it goes:

“All to Jesus, I surrender,

All to him I freely give.

I will ever love and  trust him,

In his presence daily live,

Chorus:

I surrender all 2x

All to thee my blessed Savior,

I surrender all.”

This song was written by Judson W. Van DeVenter (1855-1939) put to music by Winfield S. Weeden (1847-1908)

(You can look up the song online for the remaining lyrics)

To many of us, this song expresses our thoughts, hopes and aspirations. We strongly desire to be in tune with God’s perfect will and live in consonance with His plans and purposes.

But alas, with an on-going battle with the cares of the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life (1 John 2:16), in addition to the confusion of not knowing how to balance the laws of the land and the righteous standards of God, we end up being looked at as wimpy and lukewarm Christians; by those who think they all their ducks in a row!

Only God knows how real the struggle is and how uncomfortable it is to continue living like unbelievers or being classified as lukewarm and wimpy.

For those who are dissatisfied with the status quo and desire a revival:  And who honestly want to experience that fire that burns 🔥 when you are in love and, who like David desire ‘the restoration of the joy of salvation’ Read Psalm 51:12:

Let us pray: #Prayer4Today

Father God,  thank you for the salvation of my soul.

Thank you for working in me both to will and to do of your good pleasure.

I acknowledge that I have strayed from the pathways of righteousness and fallen into decay.

I know that only you can pull me out of this pit of my comfort zone, and ignite the fire of the Holy Spirit within me.

I yield my life and my bloodline to you Father, have your way. Purify our hearts, make it be as gold. Help us to be effective witnesses of your love, grace, goodness, joy, kindness and patience.

Thank you for giving me the Holy Spirit to teach, remind, empower and comfort me.

Help me to be more sensitive to the promptings of the Holy Spirit and to be obedient to the promptings also.

Thank you for enabling me to walk in righteousness and to be light and salt in this life, so that there will be a clear distinction between me and those in the world.

Ignite your fire 🔥 in me. Let me burn and shine in this world as your representative.

From today, your Word grows mightily in me, gains ascendancy, and produces the results of what it says, to your glory and praise, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ.

#3 Prayer Focus for Today: The God who Heals and Delivers (b)

Continuation:

3b. Command the immediate cessation of all symptoms, and declare that healings should manifest now.

3c. Place your right hand over your heart, and tell it to stop being troubled and to start trusting in the Lord.

3d. Place your right hand over your head, and declare that you are ‘the healed’, therefore, every organ, vessels, muscles, bone, tissues etc, should sync and function with God’s Word.

3e. If you have a diagnosis, call the sickness by its medical name and tell it to leave your body at once because you refuse to accommodate it any longer, in your body.

3f. Tell your spirit, soul and body that it is well and affliction will not come again.

4 Declarations:
4a. Declare that you have a good heritage as a child of God who owns the universe. Therefore, all embargoes and bans over your economic and financial prosperity are abrogated.

4b. Declare that you are blessed beyond curses and the accrued blessings of the Gentiles should start to flood your existence now.

4c. Thank God that the covenantal blessings of Abraham come to you and proclaim that the end has come upon lack, indebtedness, financial miseries, workplace insecurities, fear of losing income, bloodline poverty and hardships, homelessness, lack of incomes, hunger, fear of tomorrows, and other related issues.

  1. Say these words to yourself from your heart and mean it:
“I…. (Mention your name) refuse to be poor, wretched, beggarly, and miserable. Poverty does not indicate righteousness, for I have been made righteous by my faith in Christ Jesus.

Today, I cast off the chains of hopelessness, wretchedness, penury, disdain and religious bigotry, hereditary poverty, and poverty mentality.

I pronounce myself healed and delivered from everything that hindered me from enjoying the benefits of salvation.

Through prosperity, I shall be spreading the Good News of salvation, so help me God.

Finally, Thank God your Healer and Deliverer. Thank Him for his steadfast love and excellent greatness.

#MyPrayer4You:

I agree with your prayers and declare that grace and favor will always answer for you.

I curse the root of that sickness and command its life giving sources to die now.
Be healed in your body,
Be healed in your mind.
Be healed in your spirit.

I release to you miraculous financial favors that will clear up your debts and give you a new beginning.

Everyone in your support groups are blessed for giving you support.
By blessing you, channels of blessings open to them daily in Jesus name..

God Will show up strong for you, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ.

#2 Prayer Focus for Today: The God who Heals and Delivers (a)

Note: This is going to be lengthy, so it is in 2 parts already.

Today is our wedding anniversary,  and we are so thankful for the grace of marriage.

This month is also the 30th anniversary of the Call to full-time Christian ministry  and the 29th year of Pioneering the Spiritual Warfare and Tactics Squad-SWATS.

You would expect that our prayers for today would focus on these things.

Naah! God has better ideas. He has led us to focus on Him as the One who ‘sent His Word, to heal and deliver us from destructions’ (See Psalm 107:20).

Our God is that Great Physician who not only heals all diseases, he also delivers people from financial ruin, economic stagnation, abusive relationships, self-destructive ideas….(fill in your situations)

Today, know that God the Great Physician and Deliverer, have your back, even if Medicaid has dropped you, and Medicare is frustrating, and you are jobless, homeless or sick.

You are not hopeless.

God’s health insurance plans have comprehensive coverage for every aspect of your life,- finances, relationships and general welfare.

You need to know and understand WHO God is and Believe in Him.

As Healer, God is the Great Physician who heals everything that makes us sinful, sick, shameful, or subjugated.

Hence, He sent Jesus Christ to ‘take our illnesses and carry away our diseases’ (Matthew 8:17): And ‘by whose stripes you were healed’ (1 Peter 2:24).

As Deliverer, God strengthens, empowers economically, rescues, and prospers.

The Bible is replete with testimonies of how God delivered His people from slavery. He brought them out with silver and gold,  and none were feeble among  (Psalm 105:37).

God is unchanging. What He did for others,  He will do for you. Know Him for who HE is.

#PrayerPoints4Today:

1.Thanksgiving:

1a Read Psalm 107:20-22:

1b Present yourself, your family, friends and your nation to God, and  thank Him for healing- diseases, marriages, relationships and emotional hurts.

1c Thank Him for delivering you all from the destructive influences in the world.

2 Confession of sin:

Sin makes us vulnerable to satan and sicknesses.

2a. Acknowledge your sins and receive forgiveness of sins and cleansing from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

2. Affirmations:

2a Declare that Christ Jesus has taken away your sins and carried away your sicknesses and that you refuse to accept the diagnosis and prognosis of your condition.

God has the final say! Hallelujah

3. #SpiritualWarfare:

3a. Command to depart at once from your world, and go with all their relatives to the feet of Jesus Christ, all the evil spirits influencing infirmities, fears, doubts,  addiction issues, error, default behavioral patterns, indebtedness, economic stagnation, helplessness, neediness, and victim mentality.

See part b for the continuation.
