AWESOME GOD (12) Brought out of Trouble!

My heart is full of praises to God who sees and knows how the wicked functions.

As I read through Proverbs chapter Twelve, gratitude welled up in me: for the times that God took me out of troubles that I had no idea that they were pitfalls!

The human foes so camouflaged their wicked intentions to the extent that I fell for it.

But God took me out of it and made the situation favorable for me. To the perplexity of the antagonist.

We are in a world where wickedness seems to be thriving. But that is just a temporary situation. As

Proverbs 12:7, 13, states

“The wicked are overthrown, and are not: But the house of the righteous shall stand.

The wicked is snared by the transgression of his lips: But the just shall come out of trouble.” Proverbs 12:7,13

Make a point of reading the full chapter and be encouraged that wickedness has a terminal point.

You may be at a very dark place in your life right now. Meditate on this Bible verse, and keep declaring that you are justified by your faith in Christ Jesus, and that you will come out of this trouble triumphant,  and with ever increasing glory.

We are already into the 12th day of the Spiritual Exercises.

It has been such an edifying time as we conduct this Spiritual reappraisal of our relationship with God, based on a daily faith-walk with Christ Jesus.

Soul Searchlight:

How did you process the challenges of the workplace, and those other “troublers” in your life –

a). Did you allow their negativity and narcissistic behaviors to traumatize you?

b) Did you start relating with them and have now become like them- bitter, angry, vindictive, manipulative, controlling, gossipy and blaming others?

Do you know that when you internalize hurts, you activate the self-destruct mode?

That is one good reason to not allow cantankerous people in your life to project their evil demeaning behaviors to you.

You must learn to tell the person about how insidious they are.

And above all else,  you must learn to vent to God in prayers.

Never internalize your hurts. Always pour out your feelings to God first, and others, if you are led to.

When you are  praying about the situation, keep on being the righteousness of God that you are,  then, you will surely come out of those troubling circumstances.

But, if the wicked continue against you, according to scripture, ‘whoever digs a pit will fall into it, and if they roll a stone against you,  it will roll back on them’ (Read Proverbs 26:27)

As we move on to the next level of life, be decisive about becoming more Christlike in worship, character and service.

Read your Bible and know God for yourself.

Let Us Pray.

Father, we are thankful for your lovingkindness and tender mercies.

Thank you for loving me so passionately that nothing can separate me from your love.

Thank you for the lessons of the past 11 days, and for the grace to fast off food for some hours, and entertainment for 40 days.

I come against the spirits influencing anger, hate, and abusive words against God’s people in the workplace.

I command cantankerousness, vindictiveness, frustrations, perfectionism,  and other demonically influenced behaviors to stop at once.

Let peace, harmony, understanding, and respect become the reality of all the employers and employees.

We affirm that the wickedness of the wicked has come to an end.

Thank you Father for the healing of all hurting hearts and for the release of the grace of forgiveness.

I pray that Believers will utilize the workplace as a chariot for lifeStyle evangelism, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ

Tomorrow we move on to Proverbs chapter Thirteen.

AWESOME GOD (6) Enhanced Core Values.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback.  They have been so edifying.

We are not into ‘ new year resolutions’ instead, we review our core values to ensure they are not in contrast to God’s Word.

Our Bible Reading is from Proverbs 6. My meditation today was on verses 16-19, which points out the six things God hates and that should not be in our core values.

Do a soul-search and repent if you are involved in any of these things that God hates.

Proverbs 6:16-19 KJV

“16] These six things doth the LORD hate: Yea, seven are an abomination unto him: [17] A proud look, a lying tongue, And hands that shed innocent blood, [18] An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, Feet that be swift in running to mischief, [19] A false witness that speaketh lies, And he that soweth discord among brethren.” (Proverbs 6:16-19 KJV)

Be sure to read the complete chapter and see how doors are opened for calamities.

Let us Pray.

#SpiritualWarfarePrayers:

1). Thank you Father for Your Word that brings deliverance, healings, salvation, restorations,  and blessings.

2). I hereby acknowledge that I have not been an excellent representative of your Grace.

3). I thank you for the grace to do these regular self examinations, to help me discover where I have become vulnerable to evil behaviors and fallen away from grace.

4). From today, I stand in faith against all character flaws and commit to work on them until Christ is formed in me.

5).Therefore,  I separate haughtiness from me and embrace humility, and declare that from henceforth I will never underestimate others, nor put them down.

6) I refuse to lie and declare that I will always speak the truth. I also refuse to be sarcastic, or use exaggerations.

7) I affirm that I will build up people, and not tear them down, and will never act treacherously or maliciously by destroying people behind their backs.

8). I declare that I will never be the cause for anyone’s suicide,  depression, job loss. or faith-loss.

9). I am a life giving source. Nothing dies in me. Therefore,  everyone who is connected and related to me will connect to the Source of Eternal life, and will have life in all its fullness.

10) Thank You Father for making  my life count in the here and now. I affirm that I am a blessing to my world, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ.

Tomorrow is on to Proverbs 7.

AWESOME GOD (5) Dishonor & Moral choices:

We continue with our year-ending Spiritual Exercises with the reading of Proverbs chapter Five and meditation on the verses that caught our attention.

After reading the whole  chapter, I doubled back to verses 8 to 9 Where it says,

“Remove thy way far from her, And come not nigh the door of her house:  Lest thou give thine honour unto others, And thy years unto the cruel” (Proverbs 5:8-9).

Soul Searchlight:

What moral choices would make me vulnerable to dishonor?

When honor is lost, shame, discredit, ignominy, contempt, infamy and related evils are manifest.

I definitely don’t want any of those negatives in my life and bloodlines!

Digging Deep to avoid pitfalls:

This particular chapter draws  contrast between the enduring  joy of marital fidelity and the fleeting pleasure, and lasting pains of infidelity.

The world we are in, under the influences of the forces of evils,  have tried to redefine morality, in order to accommodate laxity, sexual promiscuity, and other forms of debasing conduct.

If as a Christian, I judge your morality by the world and not by the Word of God, then, I should brace up for the oncoming dishonor and related shame, ignominy, etc.

Gem:

However, in order to avoid dishonor, I need to know and understand Godly values, and be ready to make right choices, even if it goes against the popular opinions.

Judah: The Man who compromised on Godly values and gave out his honor.

Read Genesis 38 so that you can follow me as I retell the story.

Judah was the fourth son of Israel (Jacob). He was the one who came up with the plan to sell Joseph.

Possibly, he was either remorseful or his guilty conscience was eating him up, in the face of his dad’s griefs.

So he left his covenant family, and went to his friend Hirah, a Canaanite, who lived in a morally corrupt society.

Judah married a Canaanite woman, against God’s Word to them. They had three (3) sons, and appeared to be prosperous. The eldest son had a wife, Tamar.

Then disaster befalls! God killed the first son Er, because he was evil (what’s strange about that- the culture was evil). God took out the second son , Onan,  for his selfishness.

In order to preserve his 3rd son’s life, Judah sent away Tamar, to remain in widowhood in her father’s until the last son Shelah, will  be ready for marriage.

In the days gone,  levirate marriage was the trend. And Shelah was to continue his brother’s bloodline with Tamar.

However,  Judah had no intention of risking the life of his son over Tamar.

Eventually, his wife died,  he traveled, and his daughter in-law, who knew about his non-existent moral values, faked a prostitute and entrapped him sexually.

For the fleeting pleasure, he gave her tokens that signified his authority and honor.

She got pregnant by that encounter.

When Judah heard, he stood on a high moral ground and approved the death sentence on her.

But the scheming woman presented evidence of his immorality and culpability in the debacle.

Can you even imagine how shaming it was for Judah’s sexual escapade with his daughter in law to be exposed publicly?

But wait a sec!

Judah repented. Although he took responsibility,  he never had sexual intercourse with her ever again. Read verse 26-30 and other chapters of Genesis, to know about his restoration to God’s perfect will.

The essence of doing these seasonal spiritual exercises is so that we can examine ourselves, repent, renew our minds, and continue to live as light and salt in this world, without demonization.

My takeaway from today’s Bible Reading is to always follow and uphold God’s moral values and never have to suffer shame or dishonor.

Let Us Pray.

Father God, thank you for this soul searching lesson.

I repent of all the ways I compromised on your moral laws and supported the declining morality in our world.

Help me Father,  to stand out and stand strong as I live as your righteousness in this world.

Help our world ,  especially the USA as we work towards standing against and overcoming obnoxious laws that  depraves or dehumanizes.

Help us Father, to stay faithful in marriage, not exploit our sexuality, and to act responsibly, and not kill our young,  in the matchless name of Jesus Christ.

Coming up next is chapter 6

AWESOME GOD (4) The Wisdom Angle.

Proverbs chapter Four contains some great counsel that anyone who follows it will be at an advantage.

I get very emotional when I receive messages from people asking for food. After you get the food, what next? Keep on begging?

Nooo! Something must change!

Anyone who does not think beyond the immediate and the urgent, will  keep on being sad, miserable and beggarly.

A long time ago, I chose not to accept the status quo. I chose to walk daily with faith in the

Jesus Christ, who is the Wisdom from God (1 Corinthians 1:30)

Dear reader, Wisdom is profitable to direct (Ecclesiastes 10:10)

Hence we are to get wisdom in all our getting and to get understanding too! (Proverbs 4:7)

This can happen for you too:

Which reminds me of the prophet’s widow, whose husband died leaving a great debt!

Her sons were to go into slave-labor in order to pay the debts of their late father.

What a future!

But thank God for a wise mother who had understanding of the times, and who refused to accept the status quo!

She knew their problems were more deep-seated than just paying off debts. She and her kids needed a new  life.

She was a wise woman who understood that despite how low-life they have become, God will intervene supernaturally and give her and her kids a new lifestyle.

It is so sad how people tend to accept whatever life throws at them without a fight!

But not this woman!

She came to the understanding that she did not birth her children for a sorrowful life.

Therefore,  She stepped out of her comfort zone and sought supernatural Divine intervention.

She went to God’s servant and explained her circumstances to him-prophet Elisha.

All he did was point her to the miracle in her home!

God did not leave her without a hope and a future!

And, instead of telling the man of God why his idea wouldn’t work, she believed his word,  and went to work obediently!

I pray you do not miss the day of your visitation by observing lying wonders,  in Jesus’s name.

She acted in obedience, and all debts were paid. Her sons didn’t need to do slave-labor!

Additionally, she had enough supplies to start a business and to keep turning over the profits, pay her bills and never be indebted again!

Read the story in 2 Kings chapter 4.

Indeed, wisdom is the principal thing that would distinguish the needy from idiots, scammers and lazy bones.

I have no idea how you have read your Bible today, and how it spoke to you.

As for me, I do know that this God’s Word is that rod of correction that has driven unwise choices and behaviors from me.

I refuse to observe lying wonders and forsake God’s mercy.

Lying wonders are those real time problems- they could be cancers or life threatening things- they are anything that make themselves the focus of your life- they are vanitie- worthless.

There are so many solutions to lying wonders that creates more problems for those who observe them.

Only the AWESOME GOD has the solution that solves all problems.

Know, in Whom you have believed and whose child you are. We are not of this world.

Soul Searchlight:

a). In what ways have I been unwise in my choices for career, employment, church family, relationships, housing, medications,  etc.

b). Have I made emotional deposits into others or am I just a taker?

c). Have I been unwise in my choice of words- have I hurt others when my intention was to heal?

d). Is my faith in God or in humans?

GEM:

After searching your soul, go back to God in repentance and worship.

Recommit your life and move on. Don’t build a tabernacle in your mistakes.

Decide on Bible-based working principles for your life,  and  you will begin to be stable,  relevant, independent but absolutely dependent on God.

Your life will never remain the same.

I encourage you to keep moving forward. Tomorrow we are reading Proverbs 5.

Let us Pray:

Thank you Father for your wisdom that is at work in us and which is leading us to make right life changing decisions.

I stand against everything that wants to distract me from having faith in God’s awesomeness.

Thank you Father God, for doing that one thing in my life that will answer all my questions,  resolve all my troubles and give me a new lease of life, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ.

AWESOME GOD (2b) Respect:

I had a great time after I shared the first part.

I worshipped God with songs, prayed and sang in tongues, and danced before Him.

You need to do this always. It’s a beautiful experience to sing and dance by yourself to God

As we make progress in our prayers, Bible reading, and meditation, it is important to understand the fear of the LORD and to discover the knowledge of God (See Proverbs 2:5).

For God’s Word says, “True humility and the fear of the LORD lead to riches, honor and long life” (Proverbs 22:4 NLT).

Question: What then is the fear of the LORD?

Answer: The fear of the Lord involves having respect for God’s power and wisdom.

Do you respect God?

Do you believe that He is All-powerful (Omnipotent), and All-Wise (Omniscient)?

Remember all the times you have doubted God’s power to deliver, save, heal, provide etc for you?

That was disrespectful!

How about those times you accepted the verdict of your scientist above the Word of God who created you?

As I read and meditated on this scripture verses today,  I was broken for how we have failed God, disrespected Him and discounted His Word.

From henceforth, we should resolve to no longer disrespect God by not valuing His Word.

We should recommit to Him and acknowledge Him in all our ways, and He will direct our paths (Proverbs 3:6)

One of the things that has helped me stay healthy has been  obeying God’s hygiene laws in the Bible, as well as living by Biblical Principles.

Hence I can boldly declare that surely, God’s goodness and mercy follows me, and the prince of this world will find nothing of his in me.

It will be greatly appreciated if you will share your insights from today’s Bible Reading.

Let Us Pray.

Thank you Father for the grace to come boldly to Your Throne of grace to obtain mercy.

We acknowledge we have been disrespectful, and have disregarded your Word.

Help us Father to hold fast to your Word always and to make it our go-to-Word for everything.

We thank you for the gift of discernment and for making Christ wisdom for us.

Father,  teach us to fear you and no longer take you for granted.

Teach us to love you more than we do, dear God.

Thank you for your  grace that enables us to grow in knowledge and understanding.

We acknowledge that you are our shield, and you will preserve our ways,  protect us from all injustices, and help us continually walk in integrity, in Jesus Christ matchless name ❤️.

AWESOME GOD: Commencing the Spiritual Exercises.

Welcome to this season of eulogizing the awesomeness of God from two major perspectives.

When I received the word for the season, I was both excited and amazed!

Amazed at the thought of what next year holds for us who believe that God still communicates His moves to His people.

As is my usual practice, every December 1st to January 9th, I engage in the Spiritual exercise of “fasting off food and entertainments”,  in order to give more time to Prayer,  Bible Study, and Meditations on God’s Word.

Doing these Spiritual exercises helps me to tune out the physical world and tune in to the spiritual frequencies, as well as proclaim my expectations for the upcoming season.

Two major Reasons for this Spiritual exercises:

1). This holiday season helps me to reflect over my life, and review my performances.

The Bible admonishes us in 2 Corinthians 13:5 to

“ Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?” 2 Corinthians 13:5 KJV.

In order to Examine myself appropriately, I will deeply search my soul for answers to

the following questions:

A). Am I still in the faith?

 i) Do I still believe in God as Omniscience?  or

ii) am I now following science- allowing science to frustrate my faith in God?

B). Has reprobacy crept in unwittingly/subtly? :

i) where did I fall away?

ii) am I still relevant in God’s plans for the world- doing what HE called me to do or have I gone the way of Balaam- seeking financial blessings instead of obedience and selflessness?

2).These Spiritual exercises also empowers me to call things into existence and not live by happenstance.

As Christians,  we do not live by happenstance, we cause things to happen. We have the creative ability of God in us. His enabling grace is at work in us to will and do His good pleasure.

As the Bible states,

“Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are your’s;” 1 Corinthians 3:21-22 KJV.

Even though “all things are yours”, the devil and the forces of evil always try to frustrate your faith in God.

Don’t forget also that we are still growing in faith and in the knowledge of God. Therefore, we fall into temptations or allow contrary situations and circumstances to overwhelm us.

Life just happens.

But as you give yourself to these Spiritual exercises,  you will be on top of your game and no longer allow the oppressive forces to get you.

During this season, you line up all your ducks in a row.

You may join me in this Spiritual exercises.

I will try to share insights as I receive them, and I look forward to having you share yours with me too.

Outline for the Spiritual Exercises:

You can make some adjustments to personalize it to fit your work schedule. But stay the course.

Prayers Times:

9am, 12 noon, and 3pm daily

Duration:

Be Flexible- Pray as you are led by the Holy Spirit.  Just be consistent.

Write a Prayer List:

It is important to have a prayer goal. I have a long list of things I need to happen for me in this upcoming year.

Bible Reading:

i) Proverbs 1-31.

One chapter daily will cover  the 31 days of December.

ii) Psalms 1-9 will add up to get you the 40 days.

I apologize for not sharing this earlier. My eyes wanted to quit working,  so I just shut it down.

I love you all and do appreciate that many people join me for these yearly Spiritual Exercises.

#MyPrayer4you:

I pray that you receive more Grace to be able to do this for yourself.

I pray that you will grow stronger in faith and that you will experience the awesomeness of God in your life and family, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ ♥️ 🙏🏽

#1 How to Defeat Unrelenting Human foes (1)

Bible Base: 2 Timothy 3:8-9:

“ …As Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was“ 2 Timothy 3:8-9 KJV.

Unrelenting foes are those human agents of darkness who have their minds set on doing wickedness to you.

Although they withstood your every move, and kept failing, they changed tactics.

While pretending to be on your side, they are slandering you to others, and subtly encouraging rebellion against you.

Unrelenting foes are hardhearted,  stiff-necked, cruel, uncompromising, unyielding and unforgiving.

Don’t be deceived by how fluently they speak Christianese. They have no respect for God, instead they are focused on themselves and their statuses.

Because they are self-centered and proud, they have faith in themselves and are no part of Christ.

Their major default is the rejection of the goodness of God that leads to repentance. Therefore, “Unrelenting foes” are very vindictive,  manipulative, and destructive.

There are so many on social media platforms pretending to be Christians, whereas, they are subtly spreading dissensions and lies against people who are on a mission for God.

Unrelenting foes are known by their fruits not by their languages. Beware! Don’t share in their judgments.

Example 1: Jannes and Jambres. The Two Magicians of Pharaoh: Exodus 7-8:1-19.

Their Actions:

When it was time for the deliverance of God’s people in Egypt,  God raised up Moses, and Moses co-opted Aaron to go tell Pharaoh about HIS intentions.

For credibility’s sake, God empowered Moses with His supernatural power, so that Pharaoh and the Egyptians will know that there is an Almighty God, who is more powerful than the Egyptian gods.

But two Egyptian magicians tried to frustrate  Moses and Aaron’s mission, by duplicating nearly all the miracles.

According to long standing Jewish tradition, Jannes and Jambres were those two magicians who stood against Moses  and Aaron way back in Exodus 7:10-12, 22; 8:19; 12:38; Exodus 32; Numbers 22:22; 25; and who continued relentlessly to do wickedly against them.

Although they could not duplicate the plagues, they made Moses’ mission work more difficult. Their pseudo-miracles interfered with God’s work that He committed to Moses and even delayed the deliverance of God’s people.

Anyone who withstands you is standing against God who you represent.

Hence it is written that,

“To subvert a man in his cause, the Lord approveth not“ Lamentations 3:36.

#MyPrayer4you:

Therefore,  whoever or whatever is standing against your progress and progression shall be exposed, disgraced and removed from your life.

From today, I declare that no sorceries, divination, enchantments, jinxes, curses or imprecations shall prosper against you.

I proclaim the lifting up of all  bans and embargoes that were placed on your finances ministry pages, groups, and  relationships.

Shame shall clothe all those who despise, malign, and are acting like Jannes and Jambres in your life and ministry.

*God will add to you reputable people, and remove spoilers from your spheres of influences.

*Your sworn enemies will see God’s elevation of you: for the harder they try, the harder they will fall, in Jesus Christ matchless  name.

Continues with Example 2 and Spiritual Warfare prayers.

#9 Prayer Focus for Today: Families by biology, marriage, adoption, and faith.

Hebrews 11:6 KJV

Greetings, people of God. We know that God hears the prayers of His children and abhors that of sinners (See Proverbs 15:8, 28:9, John 9:31, 1 Peter 3:12).

To enjoy these blessings, benefits, and rewards in Christ Jesus, “you must be born again”. (John 3:3) Ask me How!

Recap:
The past days, our Prayer Focuses have been very revelatory.

Earlier, in “The Release of Delayed Blessings “, we received insights of how to make our spiritual blessings in heavenly places work for us in our physical reality.

Galatians 3:13

The next day as we prayed for our “General Wellbeing”, we received clarity of how to sustain the manifested blessings, through commitment to God and our causes; as well as right-living.

One of the take-aways from the prophetic-prayer for Me is that:
‘ not only did God give us Promises, He has given us His exceedingly great and precious promises, See 2 Peter 1:4. Hallelujah.

2 Peter 1:4 KJV

I encourage you to read up on the past “Prayer Focus“, for they contain a wealth of revelations to help you overcome your challenges Biblically.

Today, as we pray for our families by biology, marriage, adoption, and faith, we shall utilize the blessings, benefits and rewards of our Christian faith.

Hold Fast to these as you pray:
In order to help your faith and to pray appropriately, a few reminders:

a). Blessings: If you are born again, you are blessed already and no longer under curses- Read Galatians 3:13-14.

Galatians 3:14 KJV

b). Benefits: healings, deliverance, prosperity, forgiveness etc, are yours already in Christ Jesus – Read Matthew 15:26, Romans 10:13, 2 Corinthians 8:9, 1 John 1:9, Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24.

c). Rewards: God rewards diligence – See Hebrews 11:6, Psalm 127:3-5, Luke 6:35.

Prayer4Today:

ABBA Father, we thank you for every member of our families as we present them to you today.

Thank you Father, for the salvation of our household, and your Spirit of excellence that resides in them.

We ask that our families never depart from You the only True and Living God, but instead, that they would grow in intimacy with you.

1 John 1:9

We ask and receive forgiveness for all bloodline sins, and affirm that in Christ Jesus, we have been blessed beyond curses, delivered from ancestral yokes, and shall not partake of the illnesses in the world.

I call a stop today, to all evil trends and unrighteousness among us, and command all the evil spirits motivating marital troubles, sexual immorality, drug abuse/addictions, violence, strife, jealousy, hardships, poverty mentality, mental health issues, and all other evils, should go at once to the feet of Jesus Christ.

I release economic prosperity, the fear and love of God, healthier lifestyle, longevity, and all the benefits of salvation, to all my family members.

I affirm that we are the definition of physical, mental, material, and spiritual blessings.

I declare that we are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, therefore, the exaltation of righteousness is evident in our lives for anyone to see.

I rededicate our families to You O God, and declare that our generations shall serve You alone, and our bloodlines shall not be corrupted by the lust of the eyes, lost of the flesh, idolatry, occultism or false religious practices.

Thank You ABBA for the outpouring of Your Spirit in our families, and for the grace to be the light and salt in our world, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ.

#7 Prayer Focus for Today: Our Nations & Leaders.

The event of the past few days was a rude awakening.  So much hate filled speeches and misdirected vitriol, that resulted in shots being fired at a public event.

The anxiety, uncertainty and fears of what the future will bring, affects everybody in all the facets of the society.

Small businesses aren’t growing, and can barely pay their overheads because people have reprioritized their priorities, and shop for bare necessities only.

Our world as we know it is changing so much so fast.

Not to be left out, the weather too joined the fight to make humans suffer more.

However, although the state of affairs of the world seem scary, but, as Christians we should become more prayerful than fearful.

We should confront issues at the root, pray for all the people spewing hate that aggravate the situation, and pray also for the leaderships of all the nations of the world. So that we can enjoy peace in this world that God gave us.

Bible Base: 1 Timothy 2 1-2:
“Supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men…and for all in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life…(1 Timothy 2:1-2)

It is important to note that when we pray for others we can lead a quiet and peaceable life!

Let us Prayerfully follow the prayer protocol in the above scripture

#Prayer4Today:

1 Supplication: Is an act of worship when we humbly ask God for help.

Psalm 61:1 KJV

1b. ABBA Father,  we acknowledge that you rule over the nations of the world, and as our King and our God, we ask that your mercy continues to prevail over judgment.

2 Prayer: is the divinely approved means of communicating with God, who is Spirit.

John 4:24 KJV

2b Father God,  we present the nations of the world before you, especially our Nation of citizenship and our nation of residence, we acknowledge our sinfulness and plead the blood of Jesus Christ for forgiveness of sins,  and cleansing from all unrighteousness.

2c We stand against violence, vitriolic speeches, politically motivated killings, deaths and destructions: we command them to stop at once and all the evil evil spirits fuelling these, are to stand down immediately.

2d. We command it to be destroyed at once, all the evil structures or systems that have been put together to cause unrest, promote fears, manipulate people and increase hateful behaviors.

2e Have your way O God. And let the tokens of liars be frustrated: Roll away our reproaches and establish your righteous standards once again.

3. Intercession: involves praying for others.

3a We come against and command to go at once to the feet of Jesus Christ, all the forces of evil that are influencing violence, hatred, manipulation, falsehood, selfish ambitions, treachery, depravity, indoctrination, assassination,  murder,  destructions, and their evil relatives.

3b. We lift up our political, religious,  and business leaders: and ask O God that you call them to order, so that the fear of God and not selfish ambitions will be their motivation.

3c We pray for humanity, and ask that your kingdom come, and your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, to your glory and praise.

3d We pray for the numerous hostages, their families and their captors, that you visit them as appropriate, either to judge or to liberate.

3e We pray that the released hostages will process their trauma appropriately and move on to live a God-honoring lifestyle, and that their hostages will be visited by DIvine justice.

3f We pray for the families of those who died due to political and religious violence, and ask that you help them process their griefs appropriately, so that they will be healed in their minds, and body, and not live in bitterness, anger and vengeance.

3g  Maranatha! Come quickly Lord. We need you.

4 Thanksgiving: involves the expression of gratitude to God.

4b. We are deeply grateful 🙏🏽 O! God, that you did not allow our nation to degenerate to chaos, and anarchy, when you caused the bullet to miss a presidential candidate.

4c. We are also thankful that you are using this event to call to order, the various political groups and to restrain their excesses.

4d. Thank you Father that the winner of the forthcoming elections will be aligned to your will and purposes of the nations.

4e.Thank you Father for bringing peace to the middle east, and subduing all the Islamization agendas in Africa, and Europe.

4f. Help us God to live above the economic, socio-political and religious dictates of this present evil world.

By your enabling your grace we remain light and salt, in good health and abundance, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ ♥️

#98 Prayer Focus for Today: To keep on growing in Grace &  Right Knowledge.

Bible Base: 2 Peter 3:18 NLT

You must grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ…

If you do not grow, you will stagnate, vegetate, and die.

For every Believer, we must radiate God’s glory as we illuminate our world with our knowledge of Him. (See Proverbs 4:18)

Don’t be that Christian who has vast knowledge of politics, the sciences, and who is also an avid conspiracy theorist; But  whose knowledge of God stems only from quotes of either the pastor or some Christian writer.

Be that Christian who knows God for him/herself.

God’s Word says in Jeremiah 9:24 that we should glory in this:

1). That we (a) understand and (b) know Him [personally and practically, directly discerning and recognizing His character],

2).That we know Him as the Lord, Who practices loving-kindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth.

These are the things that make God delight-full.

Further readings:[I Cor. 1:31; II Cor. 10:17.]

Until I grow in the knowledge of who God is, His character, His ways and works, then, I am one of the most ignorant humans alive.

It really doesn’t matter the number of doctoral degrees I have acquired, if I have no knowledge of God, and am still growing in a relationship with him, there is nothing to be glorious or proud about.

Without the true knowledge of God,  and an ongoing relationship with Him, all life’s pursuits are a waste! Zero!

Hey, don’t give up on yourself, it’s not too late to start now.

Personal Testimony:

When my kids were growing up and in their college years, they were encouraged to be known as radicals for Christ: Which effectively set boundaries, and later kept the cultists away from them.

As a proud parent, I can testify that my kids are all blessed with supernatural intelligence: which is the result of prioritizing Bible Study and a relationship with God.

I may not have scientific data to establish my point, but I can tell you from seeing the educational excellence of my kids and grandkids, that their educational excellence came about from delving into the Word  of God.

One of my daughters testified about how reading her Bible before tests and exams, opened up her mental capacity.

Diligence in reading the Bible,  expands your mind, memory and intelligence.

As you keep reading your Bible,  you will experience an increase in your ability to receive, retain, recall, and apply knowledge.

You may think my theory of theology is foolish, but remember that, “The foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men” for “God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise…the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty”

(See 1 Corinthians 1:25,27 MEV)

You can start today by prioritizing personal Bible Reading,  look up all the scriptures referenced in your daily devotionals, and prayerfully apply what you read.

God desires an ongoing relationship with you. Christianity is a lifestyle: it is not a garment of convenience to wear on Sundays.

Let Us Pray

#PrayerPoints4Today:

1). Spend a minute to just meditate on what you read.

a). How does it affect your life?

b). What can you change to become better?

2). Present your decision to God, and ask Him to help you become better in your quest to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

3) Pray to always remember the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, that through his poverty you might be rich. (Read 2 Corinthians 8:9): So that, you will never accept the disgrace of living in debts and unable to pay bills, or meet basic needs.

4) Ask God to help you to understand and know Him personally and practically,as well as to directly discern and recognize His character.

5). Ask God to help you to experience HIS Lordship in your life.

6). Rededicate yourself and family to Him and affirm that in Him you live, move, and have your being.

7). Repent of all the ways  that you have allowed the ways and words of the world to corrupt your good morals.

8). Command all the evil spirits that are running all over your affairs,  to stand down, and proceed immediately to the feet of Jesus Christ.

9). Thank God that HE practices loving-kindness, judgment, and righteousness on the earth and that you are proud to be His Child, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ ♥️.
