Learning To Trust God Deeply

Scripture Anchor:

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart…” Proverbs 3:5 KJV

Apostolic Insight:

Spiritual growth changes the way we perceive and trust God.

To trust God deeply is to become fully persuaded about who He is, even when circumstances are uncertain.

Sometimes, as believers, we can unknowingly place more confidence in what we can explain than in the God we profess to trust.

We may acknowledge God as Healer, Provider, or Deliverer, yet quietly limit what we believe He can do in our own lives.

Deep trust goes beyond believing that God is able. It rests in His character.

The three Hebrew men exemplified this kind of trust. They acknowledged God as their Deliverer and refused to look elsewhere for their rescue. Yet their confidence was not dependent on the outcome.

They boldly declared, “Our God whom we serve is able to deliver us… But if not…” (Daniel 3:17–18).

That is mature trust.

This season, God is be inviting us to let go of old patterns of dependence and trust Him more deeply.

Remember: Mature trust rests in God’s character more than visible outcomes.

Ponder This:

How has God been deepening my trust lately?

Declaration:

My trust in God is becoming deeper and steadier.

I remain anchored in His wisdom, His character, and His faithfulness.

Prayer of Agreement:

Father, thank You for teaching me to trust You more deeply.

Help me rely more on who You are than on what I can fully see or explain.

Establish my heart in lasting confidence in You.

Let my trust remain steadfast, regardless of circumstances or outcomes.

It is important to evaluate situations accurately before making decisions.

Faith is not presumption.

Faith is substance.( Hebrews 11:1)

Whereas, presumption is foolishness. And Foolishness invites discipline ( Proverbs 22:15).

Remember:  Zeal must be according to knowledge.

Through Knowledge shall you be delivered (Proverbs 11:9)

Knowledge Facilitates  Deliverance.

One  of the experiences that transformed my life, was the desire to know ‘Why’:

Why was I born?

Why is this happening to me?

Why is my family in this state?

Why is human life relevant in this world?

I never quit searching.

Ignorance is at the base of most of our bad experiences and sufferings.

“but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.” Proverbs 11:9 KJVAE

If you knew why something is happening to you,  you will not suffer as much because knowledge facilitates deliverance.
