What feels pleasurable for a moment leaves you with long-term-torment-shame, guilt, anxiety, and spiritual heaviness. 

Worse, it invites demonic influence, especially when indulged in repeatedly without repentance.

Learn to discern what is important – Not everything deserves your immediate attention.

Action: 

Spend time with God. Set a timer for 20 minutes – turn everything off
