Tactic: Refuse to allow anxiety to steal your sleep. Speak peace to your soul before sleep (See Psalm 42:5 & 43:5)
Assignments:
1). Read your Bible before bed tonight.
2). Play background Gospel music on repeat while you sleep.
3). Pray peace over your rest and declare that your mind will relax while your body rests.

I speak peace to every anxiety attack and declare that you are God’s beloved and your sleep shall be sweet and your body and soul – well rested, in Jesus Christ matchless name. Amein.

Father God, thank you for my past failures, disappointments, rejection and setbacks: They have all contributed to my present well-being and independence.
As I move into this new season of life, help me to be more decisive, focused and prayerful – and to acknowledge your in all my ways – in the matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amein.
