AWESOME GOD (29) Have Spiritual Foresight.

Foresight is the ability to imagine or anticipate the future and to plan accordingly.

The Bible in Proverbs 29:18, says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish: But he that keepeth the law, happy is he” (Proverbs 29:18 KJV)

The New King James Version translated “Vision” from Greek “Chazon”, as “Revelation”.

Which means that without revelation from God, people would perish.

In time past,  God revealed things through His Prophets, but during these last days, He has revealed His will through His Son, Jesus Christ, whom He appointed heir of all things. (See Hebrews 1:1-2).

And Jesus Christ upholds all things (the universe) by the Word of His power (Hebrews 1:3).

Therefore, if you need to have revelations about your next seasons,  search the scriptures for in it you will discover  the plans God has, not only for you, but for your nation and the world at large.

Hence, Colossians 3:16 says to “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord”. (Colossians 3:16, KJV)

This is not the time to go after soothsayers, prophets, diviners, mediums, chanellers,  tarot-cards or palm readers etc. and further complicate an already complicated situation, and make yourself abominable to God.

This is the time to soberly reflect on your life,  and prayerfully confront all the shortfalls.

This is also the time of intense Bible studying,  in order to develop and sustain your relationship with God, as well as to reinvent or recreate yourself.

So that the next season will herald a better version of you.

If you have no plans for your next season, perhaps  you have planned to fail or are just waiting to flow with the tide?

#SpiritualWarfarePrayers:

Thank God for speaking to us by His Son and for His powerful Word that upholds our world.

Acknowledge how you seek shortcuts by seeking ‘vision’ from sources outside of God’s Word.

Renounce all  words that are contrary to God’s Word that have been spoken into your life, and declare that only God’s perfect will for your life will prosper.

Proclaim that the speaking blood of Jesus Christ is at work in your life, shielding you, and countering you from all evils, that you aligned with, when you consulted with diviners, etc, in order  to know,  or see your future.

Proclaim that no divination,  sorcery, projections, false accusations, imprecations,  jinxes and all other evils can prosper against you.

Thank God that the blood of Jesus Christ is speaking better things for your future and that you are secure in the knowledge that God causes all things to work together for the good of those that love Him and who are called according to His purpose.

Bless the remaining days of this season and thank God that He Has your tomorrow in His hands in the matchless name of Jesus Christ.

Tomorrow we read Proverbs 30. Shalom From Hephzibah Christly, Ph.D., #TheSpiritualWarrior,  December 29th 2024

AWESOME GOD (28) Be Bold.

As Christian Believers, we are to stand strong and boldly confront challenges just as the lion does.

We are not of them that shall draw back in fear and timidity  because of blackmail or any satanic manipulations.

We are of them that shall stand with the shield of faith and quench all fiery attacks that come against us.

Do not be amazed if some of the attacks you will have to boldly confront, will be from your own relatives and Christian folks; for it is written that “…A man’s foes shall be they of his own household”. (Matthew 10:36 KJV.)

Therefore, as you are going into the new season, be determined to face all challenges boldly like a lion, wherever the attack will come from.

When your peers, relatives or other Christian Believers attack you, it can be very destabilizing because of  emotional attachments.

In order to not allow such attacks to destabilize you anymore, forgive them, and rest in the knowledge that they are who they are, and you are  who you are!

Refuse to respond, retaliate, or downsize to their levels.

Be bold in Whose you are. You are the child of the Monarch of the Universe and Joint Heirs with Christ, who is the Lion of the tribe of Judah.

Do not ignorantly focus on the people. Instead,  confront the evil spirits instigating them against you!

#SpiritualWarfarePrayers:

I stand with you against all forms of fears, and speak boldness to your Soul.

You shall no longer suffer defeat, and everything you lost this year because of fear, you shall get back, for your strength increases and you shall pursue, overtake and recover all, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ ❤️

Have a great life.

Read Proverbs 29, and share with us whatever speaks to your heart.

AWESOME GOD (27) Reevaluating & Rebuilding Relationships:

Greetings.

It was quite a struggle to choose what to share with you today, because everything I read from Proverbs 27 did minister to me, then I settled on verse 10:

“Thine own friend, and thy father’s friend, forsake not; Neither go into thy brother’s house in the day of thy calamity: For better is a neighbour that is near than a brother far off.” (Proverbs 27:10 KJV)

For clarity, here is this same verse from the New Living Translation: It will give you better understanding.

Proverbs 27:10 NLT

“Never abandon a friend— either yours or your father’s. When disaster strikes, you won’t have to ask your brother for assistance. It’s better to go to a neighbor than to a brother who lives far away.”

Three things to note here:

1). Never abandon friends, whether personal or family friends.

2). You won’t have to beg for assistance from relatives when you maintain good relationships with your friends. Friends are closer than relatives.

3). Be a good neighbor. Neighbors watch out for each other.

These are important aspects of life that you need to improve on, for your own sake.

No man is an Island. We need each other. Be relevant in your community. Reachout!

I have not been good at communicating with friends, family and my community. I will endeavor to make changes for as it is written:

“If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men” (Romans 12:18 KJV)

Let Us Pray:

Father, thank you for the grace of fellowship with you and with others.

Our busy lifestyle which should be a blessing has somewhat made socializing irrelevant.

Thank you for using today’s Bible verse to draw our attention to the importance of maintaining relationships with others.

Help us with daily reminders that will make us prioritize, refocus, and do the right things at the right time.

For those whose relationships are strained, We ask for forgiveness,  reconciliations and restorations.

Help us Father,  to be more like Jesus Christ in all aspects of life,  in the matchless name of Jesus Christ.

Tomorrow is Proverbs 28.

God Always Beautifies:

Greetings people of God. Although the past few days were a trial of faith,  it never diminished our faith in God.

We arose this morning to this beautiful blooming hibiscus 🌺.

Despite the freeze in the greenhouse when we forgot to turn up the heat, and losing nearly all its leaves from the repot-shock, it is blooming!

Creation teaches resilience.

Whatever you are going thru,

“Arise, shine; for your light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon you” (Isaiah 60:1).

Enjoy your day. Every new day is a blessing from God!.

AWESOME GOD (26) Blessed Beyond Curses.

“…The curse causeless shall not come.” (Proverbs 26:2 KJV)

#BoldlyDeclare :

As we go into this new  season,  I affirm that Christ has redeemed me from all curses: for He was made a curse for me when He hung on the Cross, thereby granting me the liberty to enjoy the covenant blessings of Abraham, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit: (Galatians 3:13-14).

Therefore,  I refuse to function under any burden of curses disguised as hardships,  unrelenting troubles, incessant Illness, mediocrity, and related evils.

I proclaim that I,….(say your name) and my bloodlines are blessed with longevity, favorable circumstances, fulfilled marriages, excellence in life and ministries,  as well as more to enjoy the benefits of salvation, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ.

For those who are interested in knowing here are some points to remember:

What is a Curse?

A curse is a supernatural enablement for failure.  Characterized by hardships, unrelenting troubles,  mediocrity, poverty, premature deaths in a family, dwindling bloodlines, instability, mental illnesses, unprogressiveness, promiscuity, barrenness, indebtedness, etc.

Curses affect those who disobey God’s Words.

It doesn’t matter whether you are Christian or not.  As long as you are a Human Being who is a creation of God, you are under obligation to obey His Word.

The laws of God or the knowledge of right or wrong, good or bad,  are factored into every human being.

Ignorance is not a legitimate excuse.

Although  ignorance will not absolve you from suffering

the consequences of your disobedience (Hosea 4:6); but through knowledge shall the just be delivered (Proverbs 11:9).

Whatever is not a blessing is a curse.

What is a Blessing?

Blessing is the supernatural enablement to succeed.  Characterized by ease, favor, goodwill,  speed in executing projects, excellence, productivity, etc.

Evil spirits actively enforce curses because satan is a legalist who suffers from selective amnesia.

How to break curses.

1). Acknowledge your sins by applying the Principle of 1 John 1: 7-9

2). It is up to you, to stand your ground against the evils in your life by rebuking the evil spirits behind all the evils you are experiencing (Luke 10:19).

3). You must refuse to allow curses to come upon you by countering all the evils that are manifesting, with what the Word of God says, such as we did at the beginning of this post.

4). If for example mediocrity is a challenge in your family, whereby no one can go to college, etc.

Now that you are born again, you can become the Deliverer of your people.

a)Identify with the sins of your family (easy to know by the trending evils) and repent with (Proverbs 28:13, 1 John 1:9)

b)Proclaim your liberty in Christ Jesus from all curses.

c) Declare the new lifestyle that should trend because you are the offspring of the Excellent God, no more room for mediocrity in your family.

d) Command the evil spirits enforcing the curses of mediocrity etc , to get out because you and now blessed (Galatians 3:13-14)

e) Be determined to get an education- register in college, be intentional- act out your faith!

Apply these same principles to your other issues.

Read your Bible to know what Christ Accomplished for you!

AWESOME GOD (25) Righteousness is exalted in our Nation.

Greetings everyone. Trust your day is going well.

We had a very peaceful day for which I am so thankful to God for.

It’s such a relief that I have been delivered from the stress of Christmas shopping, gifts, etc. And I enjoy peace during these holidays.

It is such a blessing to have “a quiet and peaceable life” (1 Timothy 2:1-4).

And, to generally have a peaceful life  the Bible says we should make supplications and prayers for all, especially for our rulers (1 Timothy 2:1-4)

That is the reason we should keep praying for our President Elect,  Donald Trump.

He may have good intentions, but we should never underestimate the evilness of wicked counselors.

Back in Bible days was Ahitophel. The Bible says his counsel was as though it came directly from God ( See 2 Samuel 16:23)

But he had a grudge against King David, because of his granddaughter Bathsheba.

And when he had the opportunity,  he betrayed the king and told the opposition how to effectively undermine his authority and overthrow him.

But king David prayed to God that Ahitophel’s counsel would be turned into foolishness.  And it was (2 Samuel 15:31-37, 2 Samuel 17:1-14)

Ahitophel, committed suicide (2 Samuel 17:23), and the coup plotter was defeated and killed (2 Samuel 18:6-15)

And King David was able to focus on the job at hand.

Hence the Bible says,

“Take away the wicked from before the king, And his throne shall be established in righteousness” (Proverbs 25:5 KJV).

We must keep praying that wicked counselors will not have a place in the new cabinet.

I don’t know about you, but I still want to live a quiet and peaceful life.   And not be saddled with debts, high energy prices, horrible grocery bills, insecurities,  and the intimidation of the alphabet community.

I also remember how social media, especially Facebook and Twitter, went after us who questioned vaccines or who stated that the ideal marriage is between a man and woman.

Pages were taken down for having a Cross or a Bible for profile Picture. We were shadow-banned, restricted, etc.

It was like being in a police state.

Free speech was not only stifled, but the speakers were hunted down and victimized.

We were made to feel like aliens 👽 on planet earth!

It was such a bad time for God-loving and God-fearing people. Iniquity abounded!

But God!

In order not to return to that lifestyle, we must keep praying for our President to stay on the right course, and that all wicked counselors – whoever they may be – will not be able to perform their enterprises.

They must be defeated and meet with strong opposition.

 #SpiritualWarfarePrayers:

1). Thank God for the peaceful elections we had in the USA, and the outcome.

2). Thank God that His Mercy has prevailed and judgment has been deferred.

3). Thank God for giving this nation a second chance and for harnessing His wrath.

4). Admit that we are a nation of vile sinners, and are thankful for the forgiveness of sins and cleansing from all unrighteousness.

5). Say to God that although we are grateful for the second chance,  we still need Him at the helm of affairs of this great nation, to direct and steer our leaders to keep doing His perfect will.

6). Pray against all the forces of darkness that are trying to frustrate the incoming administration.  Command all the evil spirits to stop, back down, and back off.

7). Pray that God will counter all evil advisers, and remove them from our president,  and replace them with God fearing individuals who will do God’s will.

8) Pray that God intervenes to stop all the evils and wickedness that are being done in order to distract the President Elect from his goals, and thus waste time undoing the evils they set up.

9) Command all the demonic hordes in operation now, whatever their guise or disguise to leave at once.

10) Release ministering angels to all the departments of government,  to minister Godliness to the hearts of all the civil servants.

11). Proclaim that wickedness has been dethroned and righteousness is exalted in this nation, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ.

Enjoy Proverbs 26 .

AWESOME GOD (24) Give up everything: But, Don’t Give UP.

When you make up your mind to do the right things, you must expect opposition.

Oppositions are likely to come from family, friends, foes, satan, and your body(health issues)

Last night, my body went into the worst opposition mode I have experienced in decades.

Although the past few days were challenging, everything came to a breaking point  last night.

My body and guts hurt so much. It was both physical and spiritual warfare that went on for half the night

And peace finally came when I threw up all over the place. WOW! That in itself was quite an experience.! The last time I threw up was as a teenager- over 5 decades ago!

I am so thankful that all this happened in the comfort of our home. (we returned home from a trip out of state)

I am doing great this morning, and pressing forward.

And as our Bible verse for today says:

“If thou faint in the day of adversity, Thy strength is small. (Proverbs 24:10 KJV)

Do not think that because you are engaged in a spiritual exercise everything will sync and cooperate with you.

Hence we are told to “ Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Peter 5:8 KJV).

Behind every evil, satan is not far away hence he is d-evil.

Hence Christ cautioned,

“… in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world” (John 16:33 KJV)

It is your responsibility to stand your ground, armor up, and establish your peace. (Ephesians 6:14-17).

Never allow anything steal your peace. Stand strong despite all odds.

Hold firmly on the Word of God as you fight whatever comes against you in this world.

Your strength increases as you overcome on all fronts, for as it is written:

“He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.
Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:  but they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint” (Isaiah 40:29-31 KJV).

As I battled overnight with the Bodily afflictions, I drew strength from God’s Word. I kept calling on God to help me, and I kept commanding my body to be restored to health and for the forces of evil to back off.

Whatever you are going thru,  and wherever you are at, Never give up- fight to enforce what Christ accomplished for you.

Take back your peace.

Take back your health.

Take back your marriage.

Take back everything the devil stole from you.  Pray-Fight!

Prayer:

Thank you Father for your enabling grace that empowers us to stand against all evils.

There are many who are about giving up on life because of overwhelming circumstances.  Help them Father.  Strengthen them and show them the way to escape out of the chaos, as they cry out to you.

You brought me this far and have been my helper always. Help your people O God, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ.

Tomorrow we proceed with Proverbs 25.

AWESOME GOD (23) Don’t Envy Anyone:

These past days were very challenging for me because, in addition to not being in the comfort of my home, I had a battle with cold.

When I reread the post for 22nd, I couldn’t even make sense of it!

Perhaps the brain had some fog. I am thankful that I am much better today.

Thank you all for your prayers.

And I have since edited the post.

Today’s Bible reading has several verses that spoke to my heart. But, I have to be content with discussing just two Verses today, from

Proverbs 23:17-18 which says,

“Let not thine heart envy sinners: But be thou in the fear of the LORD all the day long.  For surely there is an end; And thine expectation shall not be cut off” (Proverbs 23:17-18 KJV).

To envy is to covet what others have. At the base of envy are resentment, jealousy, and discontentment.

Soul Searchlight:

Have you ever envied people you think are wealthier than you?

The Psalmist had that same attitude. He was envious of the prosperity of the wicked.

He complained bitterly about the ungodly and how they prosper and increase in riches.

He was really mad at God for allowing that state of affairs. He also wondered whether there are any benefits of living a Godly life, if the ungodly are seemingly more prosperous.

That state of mind lasted until he went into the place of prayer. Then he received divine revelation of the end of the wicked.

Which changed his mind and attitude very quickly.

Read it in Psalm 73:3-23.

We are cautioned to not envy the wicked or desire their company (Proverbs 24:1).

There is absolutely no need for you to envy anyone or desire what they have.

Because, you have no idea how they acquired their wealth,  nor do you know the state of their marriage, the burdens of their inheritance or their workplace drama- those things they have that you desire.

Instead of being envious, make that decision today that going forward, you will ask Gof for anything and everything, until you get results. For as it is written, “your expectations shall not be cut off” Proverbs 23:18

For example, Abraham refused to be a man-made or self-made man. He told the king of Sodom,

“…I will not take from a thread even to a shoelatchet, and that I will not take any thing that is thine, lest thou shouldest say, I have made Abram rich” (Genesis 14:23).

And we know that God blessed Abraham without measure. Read Genesis 12:1-3.

Always remember that God who did for one person is able to do for others!

Instead of envy, work towards appropriating the benefits of salvation, and be a blessing in your world.

Learn how to link up to God’s flow through obedience and faith.

Read Isaiah 58: 1-12,in order to know how to appropriate the blessings of salvation.

Let us pray:

ABBA Father,  thank you for giving us a new heart that is devoid of envy, but filled with love for you and for others.

As we go forward, we renounce envy, jealousy, discontent, blame, wrath and lies.

We embrace your lovingkindness,  abundant grace, supernatural favors, and unlimited goodness.

We proclaim Our liberty to function in this world as salt and light. And refuse to grant further liberties to the unfruitful works of darkness.

We proclaim also that we are healed of all psychological defects and physical ailments in our body, for we bear the marks of Jesus Christ.

Thank you Father for opening our eyes daily as we study your Word, in Jesus’s name.

Shalom from Hephzibah Christly, Ph.D.,#TheSpiritualWarrior,  December 23rd 2024.

AWESOME GOD (22) Diligence attract Fame,

Greetings.

Working diligently involves being a hard and careful worker.

It is unfortunate that some employees who are Christian forget about some of  the Christian work ethics that says,

a). “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might” (Ecclesiastes 9:10 KJV).

b) “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men” Colossians 3:23 KJV.

When you follow these work ethics,  your gifts will take you places, and those mean and wicked people can not dehumanize you.

 Soul Searchlight:

Perchance, you are working with an abuser or narcissist, and you think this is your lot in life:

That is the lie of the devil.

You do not have to put up with it.

However, as much as it is within your power,  you need to have a discussion with your abusive boss, and let him/her know that you are not fine with their words and actions.

This is based on the Biblical Principle for Conflict Resolution in Matthew 18:15-17.

It is for your benefit to express your feelings rather than to hold them in, and implode.

Going forward,  never allow another human being to dehumanize you because of a paycheck. You life does not consist in the abundance of what you own.

When you internalize the TRUTH that God is your Shepherd and that you shall not lack any good thing, you will have your employment in the right perspective:

You will no longer think that your job is the Source of your sustenance. And you will know in your heart that it is just a link in God’s supply channel to you.

Therefore, you will be confident in yourself, and you will no longer be the prey of workplace abusers or narcissists.

Always remember that before you started that employment, your bills were paid. And after it, your bills will be paid.

Changing jobs does not denote instability,  it points to self-awareness.

Although persecution is one of the benefits of Christianity, Christ told us His disciples that, “when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another…”(Matthew 10:23 KJV)

This principle also applies to job changes due to persecution. Apply wisdom.

Refuse to be victimized.

Read 1 John 4:4 & 5:4.

As you rebuild your spiritual self-esteem, your personality will change to reflect your faith in God.

As soon as you start a new employment, you should be determined to be diligent, knowing that your work ethics will result in fame.

Going forward, pray earnestly not to work with mean and wicked persons ever again, in Jesus’s name.

Part 2:

And if as a Christian employer, you do not appreciate diligence and you demean others with your abusive and narcissistic behaviors, you need to repent and renew your mind.

There is no medication for narcissistic behaviors other than psychotherapy or Christian counseling.

You have the choice of counseling and commitment  to church attendance.

Most Christian abusers and narcissists are unchurched.

I know this because,  if a person is churched and under the authority of a pastor, pride will give way to humility.

The love of God will be a constraining factor, and the desire to please God will become a strong desire.

Abusers and narcissists are self-centered. It’s all about I, Me, Myself! They don’t know or care how they hurt others.

It’s a psychological defect. It’s not anything you the employer did, nor can you fix it with your good behavior.

If the Christian employer allows the cares of this world to frustrate their relationship with God,  and thus become abusive and narcissistic,  they will become famous in a negative manner, and their victims will bring a charge against them to the Almighty God.

And they will suffer the consequences of their meanness and wickedness.

Whether you are an employee or employer, remember Whose child you are and who you are.

Refuse to be that  mean and wicked person, and refuse to allow mean and wicked persons to continue to victimize you. Move on!

Let Us Pray.

ABBA Father,  thank you for your tender mercies, and loving kindness.

We acknowledge that we allowed fear of the unknown to frustrate our faith in you.

We receive forgiveness of sins from laziness, abuse, narcissism, wickedness, meanness, anger, frustration and hopelessness.

Thank you God, for cleansing us from all unrighteousness.

As we go ahead into a new season, we ask for more grace so that we can be diligent in work,  Christian ministry, prayer, fasting, church attendance, Bible Study, giving, and doing good deeds.

Thank you Father for being a rewarder of diligence.

We’d ask O God that you work within us so that we shall become more humane with employees, and be an effective representative of your grace, favors and kindness, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ.

We declare that from today, we disable everything that places us under mean and wicked employers or bosses.

Shalom from Hephzibah Christly, Ph.D., #TheSpiritualWarrior, December 22nd, 2024.

AWESOME GOD (21) I am the Ransomed!

Today’s Bible reading is edifying, educating, and thought provoking.

What comes to your mind when the Bible says:

“The wicked shall be a ransom for the righteous, And the transgressor for the upright” (Proverbs 21:18 KJV)

To be ransomed is to be bought, saved, delivered, from evil!

Christ paid it all. No evil plans, etc,, can prosper against me!

Let Us Pray:

Father God, you are so faithful to me.

Throughout this year, your faithfulness has been real to me, in that you have stepped in to save me from so many issues.

Thank you for not allowing the wicked to have the last laugh,  instead, you made them pay for all the problems they projected, programmed and positioned, in order to frustrate my testimonies.

You have been my righteousness, for in you I live, move, and have my being.

And in you I can do all things.

I appreciate you and all you have set in place to enable me to walk the pathways of righteousness, excellence, and good health.

As we continue to spend time in your Word, teach us deep things of the Spirit and open our hearts to embrace your Word more, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ.

We continue with Proverbs 22, tomorrow.

I’m sorry for sharing this post late. I start writing after I am done with my own prayers and meditation. In addition to other unavoidable circumstances.

That notwithstanding, look forward to my messages.

Everyone who has been responding  by comments or email. God bless you. You will never lack support and affirmation,  in Jesus’s name.
