Finding Purpose Through Daily Connection with God

Have you ever felt like something’s missing in your life? Like you’re going through the motions, but deep inside, your soul is hungry for something more?

That longing is no accident. It’s your heart calling out for God—for a deeper connection, for real meaning, for peace that doesn’t fade when the noise of life gets loud. That’s what spiritual growth is all about. Not a list of religious tasks, not a race to perfection—but a daily, personal journey of becoming more like Jesus and drawing closer to the One who created you.

It All Starts with a Relationship

Spiritual growth doesn’t begin in a religious setting or a study group. It starts with a relationship—a real one.

Jesus said in John 3:3 (KJV), “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

That means there’s a starting point: surrender. When we accept Jesus as our Savior, confess our sins, and invite Him into our hearts, something beautiful happens—we’re spiritually born. But just like a newborn baby isn’t meant to stay in diapers forever, we’re not meant to stay where we are, either.

God wants you to grow. Not just in knowledge, but in character, in faith, in love, and in purpose.

Spiritual Growth Takes Time—And That’s Okay

We live in a world of quick results—fast food, one-click purchases, instant gratification. But God doesn’t work like that. He’s not rushing your growth. He’s more like a gardener—planting, watering, pruning, and patiently tending to your heart.

In John 15:5 (KJV), Jesus said:
“I am the vine, ye are the branches… without me ye can do nothing.”

If we want to grow, we have to stay connected to Jesus—every single day. Not just during special events or gatherings, but in the quiet mornings, the stressful afternoons, and the lonely nights. That daily connection is where transformation happens.

Spending Time with God Daily

So how do we grow closer to God?

The same way you grow closer to a friend—you spend time together.

1. Read the Bible (Even Just a Little at a Time)

You don’t have to be a scholar to read the Bible. Start with a Psalm or a Gospel. Let God’s Word speak to you. Some days it might be one verse that stands out. That’s okay. One verse from God is more powerful than a hundred pages of anything else.

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” – Psalm 119:105 (KJV)

2. Talk to God Like You Would a Friend

Prayer isn’t about fancy words. It’s about being real. Thank Him. Ask for help. Confess when you fall short. Tell Him what’s on your heart—He already knows, and He cares more than you can imagine.

3. Worship and Obey

Worship isn’t just about music—it’s about how we live. When we obey His Word, even when it’s hard, we grow. Every act of obedience is a step closer to Him.

Growing Through the Tough Stuff

Here’s a truth most people don’t like to hear—but it’s real: we often grow the most during the hard times.

James 1:2-4 (KJV) says:
“Count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.”

No one enjoys trials—but they’re part of our journey. God doesn’t waste pain. He uses it to refine us, strengthen us, and draw us nearer. The very things you wish would go away might be the tools He’s using to shape your heart.

So when life feels heavy, don’t run from God—run to Him. He’s not distant in your struggle. He’s closer than you think.

The Fruit of a Growing Heart

How can you tell if you’re really growing?

You might notice you’re more patient than you used to be. Maybe you’re gentler with others. Maybe your faith is stronger in the storm. Those small changes are big signs that God is at work in you.

Look for fruit. Not apples or oranges—but spiritual fruit, the kind Paul talks about in Galatians 5:22-23 (KJV): “Love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance.”

And guess what? Others will notice too. A growing believer shines—even in dark places.

Keep Going—One Step at a Time

Spiritual growth isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being persistent. It’s showing up even when you don’t feel it. It’s choosing to trust when nothing makes sense. It’s falling, and getting back up again.

And here’s the best part—you’re not doing it alone.

Philippians 1:6 (KJV) says:
“Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”

God started something beautiful in you, and He’s not giving up. So don’t give up on Him either.

Final Thoughts: It’s a Relationship, Not a Race

Spiritual growth isn’t about comparing yourself to others. It’s not about checking off boxes. It’s about growing closer to God—every single day.

Some days you’ll feel strong. Some days you’ll feel weak. Some days you’ll sense His presence. Other days you might feel dry. But He is always there. Always working. Always loving you.

So keep going. Keep showing up. Keep leaning in.

You’re on a journey of daily transformation. And God walks with you every step of the way.

Stay Loyal to God, Despite all Odds.


There are times in life that your  experiences cannot be shared, even with your closest friends.

Not because it’s shameful. But because love for God constrains you. The issues involved will cause non-believers to speak against who we are, and who we represent, if it comes out.

Although you hurt deeply, feel betrayed, and feel all alone, rest in the knowledge that God is standing faithfully with you through it all. His strength is perfected in your weakness.

#2 How to eliminate the effects of bloodline sexual sins and perversions 2.

2.  Fornication is sexual activity between two unmarried people of opposite genders. And  also includes premarital sexual activity. (Read 1 Corinthians 6:18)

God tells His people to Run away from fornication. 

Pre-marital sex dishonors God and His intentions for marriage. And like adultery, fornication introduces defilement into the bloodlines and will plague descendants for generations unless it is stopped.

Fornication defiles the body as well as exposes a lack of self control.  Which makes  me culpable for wickedly, and selfishly using others to graþtify lustful desires.

Culpability means I have broken the wall of protection God placed around me, making me vulnerable for satanic  strikes. (Read Ecclesiastes 10:8, Job 1:10)

Any inability to control sexual urges, or mortify the flesh, places descendants and close associates at risk. Hence we are to put away immoral persons from the fellowship of believers. (Read 1 Corinthians 5:11

Why is fornication sin against my body?

“Shun immorality and all sexual looseness [flee from impurity in thought, word, or deed]. Any other sin which a man commits is one outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.” (1 Corinthians 6:18 AMPC)

The Bible refers to descendants as the ‘fruit of your body’ (Deuteronomy 28:4)

Firstly, when I allow impure words and thoughts to fester in my mind, it will lead to  fornication cum sexual immorality or related sexual perversions. Which introduces corruption into my system.

Secondly, when fornication or sexually immoral acts are committed, unborn children are unfortunately co-opted into the acts. 

Sexual immorality pervades the bloodline. Read the principle of how descendants participate in the actions of their ancestors (See Hebrews 7:9)

Thirdly, children learn majorly by observing and imitating the actions of parents etc. And when they repeat the sinful actions of their parents they open themselves up for satanic strikes. 

Although sin is Humanity’s genetic legacy from Adam, sinfulness is reinforced behavior learned from parents, grandparents, etc.

(Read Exodus 20:5,6, Numbers 14:18., Deuteronomy 5:9, Ezekiel 18:20)

Even though God does not hold children accountable for the sins of their fathers, children inherit the behaviors of their parents, alongside physical features, mannerisms, health issues  etc.

And because of the sexually immoral lifestyle of the previous generations, sexual immorality becomes ingrained in the personalities of the children.

Thus, those children who repeat the sins of previous generations are culpable. 

And because of the degenerative effects of sin, children who repeat the sins of the previous generations suffer more than their ancestors. 

That is how you sin against your body by sexual immorality – you compromise the ‘fruit of your body’ which are your children.

Levels of problems “sins against your body” causes

Some family members can become heinous, depraved, prostitutes, homosexuals, etc. While others can be completely straight, and living God-honoring lives.

The reason is that badness,  evilness, etc., can-

(a) lay dormant in some of the children who may have an encounter with Christ or who may choose not to allow sexual promiscuity further liberties in their lives:

(b) miss a family branch, when the family is born again and have appropriated the benefits of Salvation- which includes deliverance, healings, prosperity, restorations, righteous-living, etc; or

( c) be very active in another branch of the ‘fruit of your body’ who are unsaved, and completely under the control of satan 

It’s worse when you as God’s servant live unrighteously. 

Unrighteousness becomes the standard of living for your family.

The ancestral yokes that were successfully destroyed when you became born again, you have successfully restructured and put back on your descendants. 

Predators and sexual monsters disguised as ministers:

In earlier discussions,  we established that God who created humanity with inbuilt sexual urges, also set parameters for fulfillment in marriage.

Although some choose to be celibate,  it is better to marry than to burn with passion.  Because in marriage, you can give fullest expression of your sexual fantasies. 

However, It is wicked to use your innate sexual urges to control others. 

Do not  lie about being in love just to gratify your legitimate sexual desires. Grow in your spirituality- learn self-control.

I pray that God helps us to understand that sexual promiscuity as with other sins, compromises the future wellbeing of our descendants.

It is so wrong and devilish, to take advantage of people’s desire for marriage to deceive them into sexual sins. 

If you are a minister of God, you have to stop being a sexual predator or monster. 

Please for God’s sake,  and the sake of your children, seek God’s help through spiritual warfare prayers,  in order to negate the influences of the demonic hordes holding onto or stimulating your loins/sexual organs. 

God forgives sins not excuses. Until you acknowledge you have a sinful problem and stop calling it high-sex-drive, you may be setting up yourself for a shameful Divine Discipline. (1 John 1:7-9)

You should stop deceiving gullible young people, elderly singles and widows or widowers in your congregations, or internet communities. 

Even if you successfully victimize or demonize gullible persons, you are sinning against your own body-your descendants. You jeopardize their future!

Instead of pioneering evil in your bloodline, take a stand today! Declare- this stops right now.

Let Adultery or Fornication ends with you:

Christians do not take advantage of the weak. You are supposed to grow your self-control and marry if you cannot control your sexual urges.

Sexual immorality is at the root of several bloodline problems.

Because your ancestors could not bridle their lusts, like king Solomon, they became sexually promiscuous and brought in different demonic hordes into the bloodline.

In my writings, I have explained that condoms cannot protect anyone from sexually transmitted demons .

Inter-transferences, such as diseases, curses, etc, occurs through sexual intercourse with multiple partners.

Refuse to continue the sins in your bloodline so you won’t have to suffer like your ancestors, nor expose your descendants to further demonization.

Let sexual perversions stop with you. So that you can eliminate the evils from your bloodline and become the deliverer of your people.

Warfare Prayer:

  • Pray in tongues and worship in songs if you have the gifts.
  • Apply the grace principle of 1 John 1:9 – admit your issues, weaknesses etc. As well as those sinfulness you have observed/ researched about  previous generations.
  • Affirm your status in Christ Jesus as the righteousness of God through His Finished Work. 
  • Rededicate yourself and bloodline to God. Affirm your faith in God. 
  • Apply your power of attorney (Luke 10:19) and command to go at once to the feet of Jesus Christ with all their relatives, all evil spirits that are influencing, promoting or controlling sexual perversions in your bloodline such as fornication,  adultery, incest, pedophilia,  bestiality,  etc. ( Call out as many names or situations that drop into your mind.)
  • Believe in your heart that you have overcome and are victorious over  the influences,  power, yokes, control etc. of the demonic hordes you have just called out.
  • Thank God that the manifested Christ have destroyed all the works of the devil in your bloodline, therefore sin, sinfulness, sickness, shame, unbridled sexual urges, and related evils, can nolonger plague you, your children, and generations following.
  • Prophesy: e.g. when the world was in chaos and darkness, God said ” let there be light, and there was.” God called light out of darkness.

 You are going to call out good, out of those bad situations plaguing your bloodlines.  

You can start to counter the manifesting conditions or circumstances in your family, with God’s original intent for humanity. e.g If there is a pedophile, rapists, homosexual in your family or among your children, prophesy and declare what should prosper in their lives. Call out the good so it can manifest.

– superimpose the Word of God over the situation.

  • Set boundaries, and declare that sexual immorality shall no longer be found in your bloodlines.
  • Then release your bloodline to serve only the living God with their lives as a living sacrifice, pure and holy unto God. 
  • Bless yourself, praise in songs and worship in tongues.
  • Intercede for those who are suffering in ignorance, that the glorious truth of the Gospel will find them and that they will be receptive.
  • Share this message with as many as you can.

Spiritual Warfare Series:We are Victors not victims

We are victorious in this ongoing Spiritual Warfare  as we daily hold our shield of faith against all negatives, when we counter them with the Word of God(which is the Sword of the Spirit) See Ephesians 6:11-18.

But wait: If you do not read your Bible how can you know what the Bible says about You? (See Acts 17:11)

 It is so unChrist-like to be holding to the errant philosophies of wolves disguised as ‘ministers of God’ who have become the mouthpiece of the devil and are using the pulpit to promote satan’s agenda; when the Bible says that ‘those who know their God shall be strong and do valiant deeds’.(See Daniel 11:32)

Do you remember that Jesus Christ in Matthew 4 overcame temptations by declaring exactly as ‘it is written’? (See Matthew 4:1-10)

In our world today, the devil, through his Human hosts, is still using the same strategy of presenting ‘half truths’ or ‘psychological warfare’, to attack humanity. (It is not new or strange)

Hence the Bible says we should not be ignorant of satan’s devices lest he take advantage to torment, oppress, intimidate, manipulate and frustrate. (See 2Corinthians 2:11, Hosea 4:6,)

Although ignorance puts people into demonic bondage, ‘through knowledge God’s people are delivered ‘ (See Proverbs 11:9)

Perchance,  you have already submitted to the ongoing ‘mind-game’ of the ‘Human agents of satan’, and some  ignorant ‘Christians’, do not throw away your hope. Just Repent! Turn back to God.

Enough already! Stop being the victim.Refuse to grant further  liberties to the devil and his agents. 

Do not know that at no point in history have the people forcing others into compliance been the good guys? 

Be wise my friend. Ignorance is foolishly-deadly. You are God’s extraordinary creation. You are not an experiment!

Deliverance Prayer:

I command the satanic hold over your will/volition, affection/emotion and mind/thinking to be loosed now. Be free from sorcery, fear, bondage to fears, and other related evils.

I release to you now the power of God that brings salvation, healing, wholeness, deliverance, boldness, and wisdom of God, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ. 

You have now become God’s ambassador to the world of your influence. Go! Set the captives free as you have been liberated. Glory be to God.

Stay victorious over ongoing Psychological/pharmakeia warfare:

The Bible says “…they have defeated him (satan) by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die.”(See Revelation 11:12, NLT:emphasis added)

  1. Be lies-Proof: 

Lying is satan’s weapon of choice against God’s people. See what Jesus said to those spreading propaganda- “You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies” (John 8:44).

 Never let your guard down-satan is passionate about destroying the Human race with his malignant forces of evil (See John 10:10). Therefore,

a. “gird your loins with the Belt of Truth”(See Ephesians 6:14).

b. “Repent and believe in the gospel.” (See Mark 1:15) 

c. Believe in your heart that ‘Jesus is the Truth’ (See John 14:6)  and He will never deceive you(See John 10:10)

d. Know  that Truth liberates while lies will incarcerate. The Bible says, “you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (See John 8:32).

  1. Meditate on the Word of God:

Keep in mind all that the speaking Blood of Jesus Christ is saying on your behalf such as Divine healing, Divine health, righteousness, grace, favor, excellence in life and ministry, etc.(See Joshua 1:8)

Know who you are in Christ, and what He had accomplished for Humanity. 

  1. Never yield to the fear of death!:  

Here are some Truths to draw strength from: 

a. God will preserve your life (See Psalm 27:5) 

b. To live is Christ to die is gain (See Philippians 1:21) 

c. Your life is hidden in Christ and Christ in God (See Colossians 3:3-5)

d. By his stripes you were healed (See Isaiah 53:5; 1Peter 2:24)

e. What you allow is what will happen to you (See Matthew 18:18) Therefore, refuse to be a casualty in this ongoing Spiritual Warfare cum “psychological and pharmakeia/sorcery warfare’. 

f. In Christ Jesus, you have authority over satan and all his forces of evil (See Luke 10:19) Use your authority and confront your fears from the standing of a victor.

g. You are victorious by your faith in Christ Jesus (See 1John 5:4)

Conclusion:

We are VICTORS not victims. I pray the Word of God always gains ascendancy in your life today, in Christ Jesus’ Omniscience name. Enjoy your day!

The Spiritual Warrior 

A Heart Cry that Changed the Direction of my life.

“Remove thy stroke away from me: I am consumed by the blow of thine hand” (Psalm 39:10)

Can you relate to this Prayer by the Psalmist? I remember how much I cried this Prayer from my heart. The problems were coming at me from every angle.   

I knew it was not the devil because I was delivered already from the domain of darkness and already a citizen in Christ kingdom.

So I cried out to God and asked Him to stop the blows.  I had no idea why He was flogging me so much. The sufferings  were intense. Relief was not insight at all. 

So I related with this Psalm 39 and prayed:

“Please dad kindly ease off a bit or you will just beat me to death, and the faith of many people will fail; because they will only see how I suffered and died wretched, but won’t see those hidden faults You are working on. So for your namesake, seeing that I am such a slow learner, please kindly help me understand. I’m tired of the blows already to the point of wishing for death”

Truly, the Prayer worked.  The problems assailing me stopped, and by God’s enabling grace, I heard the voice of the Spirit more clearly, made the necessary character adjustments, and my increase multiplied. 

Spiritual warfare is not always about evicting evil spirits. Spiritual Warfare also involves dialogue with God and character building.

Have you ever done something that could have exposed you to demonic possession?

Demonic possession is when demons take possession and are resident in the individual. An example is the mad man of the Gadarenes. (See Luke 8:26-39)

I have been exposed to demon oppression and not to demonic possession as you put it. My answer will bring clarity to the question.

I was born again, way back in 1967. When one is born again, the Holy Spirit of God takes up residence in the individual. A re-creation takes place.(See 2Corinthians 5:17)

Demons are bodiless foul spirits, who seek humans to inhabit.(See Matthew 12:43-45)

The Holy Spirit and the foul spirits cannot co-inhabit a person who is born again, because that individual is no longer under the jurisdiction of the forces of evil. (See 1Corinthians 3:16)

 As Bible says, God “…hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son” (See Colossians 1:13)

However, the newly born again individual has to go through the process of unlearning bad behaviours, while learning new ways of living as a Believer in Christ. 

During that process, the individual is likely to behave in a manner that can grant evil spirits (demons) access to demonize him/her.

 I said all that to say this:

Shortly after I was born again, my mom died. It was very traumatic for me. She fell ill through witchcraft projectiles, while I was away in boarding school.

Before she died, she wrote me a letter that chronicled all she was going through, as well as the names of those  responsible.

Both the letter and the news of her death arrived the same day. It was traumatic. All I could think of was revenge.

I wanted to avenge her death so badly that I sought help from  the occult world-

spiritualists, diviners, prophets of garment churches, etc. I had an aversion for shamans, I avoided those like the plague.

Before seeking these agents of darkness help with my cause, I talked to my pastor and my Christian friends. They all said, ‘forgive and move on’. That was so annoying.

I felt betrayed by the Christian community.

How can any rational person tell me about forgiveness, when i was hurting, angry, and wanted to murder everyone on the list my mom sent me? Besides, I had no knowledge of the doctrines of forgiveness, and I was a teenager.

I could have gone after these witches and wizards physically, but in that same letter, mom had asked me to please take care of my nine siblings.

My sense of responsibility kept me from going after them physically. So I sought to avenge my mom’s death, spiritually.

Even then, the spiritualists, false prophets, etc that I sought help from, all rejected me. They told me the fire surrounding me was too hot. I had no idea what they were talking about.

In fact, some of the satanists I went to pursued me. They accused me of coming to test their powers. According to them, they were no match for the Spirit they saw in me, and the spirits following me.

It was all so puzzling to me at that time. 

Not any more, for I am now aware that He that is in me is greater than he that is in the world. (See 1John 4:4) And that God has given His angels charge over me.

In my quest for revenge, I went into deeper studying of the occult world,  in order to occultly kill all those responsible for my mom’s death. I bought books by Lobsang Rampa in order to open the 3rd eye, etc.

Those thoughts and actions made me vulnerable to demonization. My heart attitude opened me up to demonic influences.

The demons, especially the familiar spirits, took advantage of the grief to influence me  to be angry and unforgiving. Which degenerated to bitterness and isolation from Godly counsellors.

Familiar spirits are evil spirits resident in families, crossing generational lines. They are familiar with the flaws, weakness, sinful habits etc, and reinforce them appropriately.

Those were dark years. 

However,  even though I was faithless, God remained faithful, for He cannot deny Himself. (See 2Timothy 2:13) His Holy Spirit did not depart from me, and so the demons could not take over my life.

Although the familiar spirits tried to use learned behavior and ingrained family characteristics to further the causes of satan; God’s faithfulness kept me from the edge of the precipice. 

There were certain things I could not do because the little Word of God that I knew, convinced me not to do it. 

Can you believe that I delved into kabbalah magic, Hinduism etc. and still kept on reading the Bible, especially the imprecatory Psalms. 

Eventually, God lovingly led me back to Him. The road to forgiveness and healing was a very long one for me.

The lessons I learned in occultism comes in handy when I minister to those under the influence of demons, and the demon possessed. Which is proof-positive that,’God causes all things to work together for good to those who love Him, those who are called according to His purpose.’ (See Romans 8:28)

I have since grown in my Christian walk. Now I counter evil with good and forgive without waiting for apology. I know who I am in Christ.

Break The Circle of Adversities  

victory faith bringsIt just dawned on me that this season last year was characterized by negatives. I was assailed on all fronts. Bad things happened to my family, friends and me.

It was a well orchestrated attack from the pit of hell.

It was likr Job’s situation. Anywhere I turned, it was bad news. I felt so alone, oppressed, dejected and caged-in.  It was a horrible experience.

It stopped when I turned the searchlight inwards. I cried out to God for help and asked for spiritual reinforcements.

I examined myself whether I was still in  the faith. I explored all avenues in order to locate the security breach. What had opened the door to allow so much demonic activity against me? What had made me so vulnerable?

Twas then I discovered anger, resentment and unforgiveness.

Even though my anger was justified, I was nursing it and it gave room for resentment and its relatives to come into my realm of existence.

The battle turned in my favor when  I forgave all unconditionally.

I chose to let go the right to be angry. I humbled myself,  made peace with everyone and set boundaries that kept away toxic people from polluting my mind.

After which I  launched out in spiritual warfare against the forces of evil influencing the persecution and resultant adversity. As soon as tackled it spiritually, peace,  progress and prosperity  came into play.

Then about the same season this year, a similar situation began to happen. But the root cause was not anger this time.

Bad news kept coming from everywhere.

Then it dawned on me that the old Serpent was up to his old tricks again. He was looking both for attention and for whom to devour.

The attack this year was indirectly against me. He went after my adult children. And thus got to me.

After touching home-base with ABBA in prayer, I quickly kicked the devil and his demons out! And went into intercession for my family.

What happened? It almost caught me off guard! This attack came when I least expected it.

I was in repose.

Soldiers are always at alert even while on vacation. This song came to mind :

“Christian seek not yet repose,

Hear thy guardian angel say,

Thou art in the midst of foes, 

Watch and pray.” 

The devil is going about seeking for who to devour. We are to resist him by being steadfast in faith.

We are in a war dear friends. We are to be constantly at alert. The devil is a malignant foe. Even while resting, we are to be watchful.

But for the grace of God, the devil would have dealt me a fatal blow. But glory be to the Holy Spirit who made me groan with words that could not be uttermed

I travailed in prayers and prevailed.

What are those troubles that are recycling against you? Break the circle today.

You’ve got to identify the trend and confront them in order to overcome them.

One thing I can tell you is that my next year will definitely be better than this year. I’m moving forward victoriously. I have given myself over to fasting, prayers and searching of the scriptures in order to line up my life to Biblical truths.

And I am praying more for my family than before. I pray for their spiritual growth. They have to grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Savior Jesus Christ.

It is not enough that they are born again. They have to be growing and active in the faith.

A growing Christian is a moving target and moving targets are not easy to get down.

The lessons in these recurring afflictions have been learned. Even though the process of learning was painful but it was productive.

We are sealed by the Holy Spirit, therefore no room for similar occurrences next seasons. Glory be to God.

Be wise my friends.
Be aware of what is going on in your life. Confront adverse situations and circumstances. Make them line up with God’s Word.

It is God’s wish that your spirit, soul and body, prospers and be in health.

Remember also that HE causes all things to work together for the good of them that love Him and who are the called according to His purpose.

If you are born again, then that means you.

But if you are not born again simply Acknowledge that you need Jesus Christ to come into your life and save you.

 Believe  in your heart that He died in your  place and rose again from the dead

Confess with your mouth what you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord and you shall be saved.

Thank You ABBA for the entrance of your Word that has brought light and understanding to our souls

We receive your salvation, healing, deliverance and prosperity in Jesus mighty name.

We also receive your intervention in our present situations  and circumstances: and affirm that you have caused all things to work together for our good, in Jesus Christ matchless name.

We declare that affliction will not come again. We grow in grace and we also rightly apply Biblical Truths to our Realities.  Amein.

The Process of my Deliverance

Dear friend let me share with you how GOD enabled me to deal with unrelenting issues and demons on assignment. My ancestry was plagued with various issues ranging from islamism, occultism, idolatry and religiosity which resulted in curses as well as personality, psychosomatic and genetic disorders.  Including so many other issues which tormented me, until I realized my  rights as a BELIEVER- the ‘born again child of GOD’!

I began to ‘work-out’ my salvation!

If Christ has ‘delivered’ me from the power of darkness why then should I be ‘demoned’ as in being tormented, oppressed, manipulated, controlled/influenced by forces beyond my control?

Why was it that after I became empowered to become a child of GOD, my biological genetic issues continued to manifest?

These and many other questions I wrestled with and found the answers in the Bible!

I discovered that humans operate in 3 realms of existence – spiritual, soulical and physical.

When you get born again, the spirit is reborn and fellowship with GOD is initiated.

When the spirit man controls the soul and body, one would enjoy peace and harmony.

But the issue is that the ‘reborn spirit’ is a baby that needs to be fed and nourished by Bible Doctrines before it can rule over the soul and body!!!

Though I was reborn from above, I was a soulish and carnal Christian. My spirit was underdeveloped and  undernourished.

But my soul was being fed pollutants through my body. I was not of the world but was dominated by the world’s ideologies and beliefs.
The things I wanted to do, I could not and I did things I did not want to do, because my spirit was weak and suffering from malnutrition!

The food of the spirit is the Word of God – Bible Doctrines!

My spirit lacked Bible Doctrines and my soul and body was feeding well off worldly principles which informed my thoughts and behavioral patterns.  And thus allowed  demons re-entry into my world! I was in the scenario Christ described in Matthew 12;43-45  which states :
43″Now when the unclean spirit goes out of a man, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and does not find it. 44″Then it says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came’; and when it comes, it finds it unoccupied, swept, and put in order. 45″Then it goes and takes along with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there; and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first. That is the way it will also be with this evil generation.”

So you see my friend, the demons left when i got ‘reborn’ but my evil life style gave them access  into my world.  Then they reinforced their perimeter by inviting more malevolent demons to join them to accomplish mission -‘Kill, steal and destroy’.

My situation got worse after I got born again and worst when I got into Christian ministry. Because my lifestyle was attracting demon activity.

Am being real here.
You need to  know  that unless you change your lifestyle to reflect your Christianity, things would get worse  before it can ever get better.

Don’t give up!
Work out your salvation/deliverance. The demon hordes may get more virulent. You must get more determined to live above them in Christ Jesus.

It’s a mind game

Satan is already a defeated foe.

But you have to do some soul-searching to isolate whatever is attracting demon-activity and the resultant negatives you are experiencing in your circumstances.

Ironically, When I had my issues, I blamed everybody blame-able for my challenges! I never saw me as being the issue!

My body and soul were in a power tussle. The lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life dominated my sensibilities! My eyes were feeding my soul all manner of evils: because I watched wrong television programs and read wrong books.

In my quest for knowledge,  I read all manner of books- from romantic novels, crime, Lopsa Rampa / eastern religious books.

Worst still, I dabbled into the occult. I had kabbala books of magic as well as other occult materials. I got into spiritism and spiritualism and other negative spiritual activity. I was into the occult big-time in the pursuit knowledge. I also wanted  answers to the questions tormenting my soul.

My ears too actively participated on opening my soul to torment through the kind of music I listened. The wrong kind of music  fed my soul more evils to work work with.

I was addicted to reggae, afro-juju, afro-rock, and  hard Rock etc.

My ears  received and fed my soul and my mind processed it all and out of the fullness of my heart my mouth spake -NEGATIVES- curses, swear words etc.

In my counseling ministry, the hardest people to work with are the ‘know it all’s’
They know the Bible cover to cover but to no profit.. They get very argumentative and I let them be because they still have options. When they exhaust all options, they would be well positioned to ‘work out their salvation’.

I was once like that, I could recite the psalms by rote because of my ‘religious’ upbringing.

I had head knowledge of the the Bible. But my spirit did not benefit from such head knowledge. And thus it was malnourished.

But my soul and body were well-fed: My malnourished spirit was no match for my well fed soul and body. Because my spirit was in a weakened state, it had no control over my soul and body. And the war raged for dominance.

That situation made me very prone to demon attacks  And the demons had a field day. They took advantage of my carnality and plagued me with all manner of evils: Until by God’s grace, I came to myself. I cried out to Christ the Ultimate deliverer.

Then Realization hit me.

I got dissatisfied with the status quo!

I desired a change. The torment, the recycling of problems and downward trends  had to end!

I needed to make progress.
Then again I called out to GOD for mercy.
One of my favorite prayer then was ‘GOD please help me, am tired’.

Things did not just change by fiat!
But the process of Deliverance or change began with my full participation and cooperation.

First I had to accept responsibility.
Even though it is true that my heredity was not the best, and my environment exposed me to those who took advantage and did bad things to me: the greater Truth is  I got born again!

In Christ Jesus, GOD gave me a new beginning!!A new heritage!!! A New Identity! The past was gone!
You  may have been born into a ‘poor, black, nation, family’ or whatever!
That was in the past!!

As long as you are in Christ Jesus,  DAD owns the world! You are HIS heir with Christ the Savior of the​ world!!! You are Spirit filled, blood washed, redeemed, justified, declared righteous, an extraordinary supernatural being, the poem of GOD!
You are somebody special!

I take back my space from the devil!!!! Get off my case satan!

I came to realize that no one but myself was to blame for my condition. Instead of resisting the devil, I gave him my space and he came in with my permission through my lifestyle and character and settled in!!!!

Timeout devils!!!!! You no longer have space in my realm of existence!!!!!!

Like the prodigal, I considered my options and decided to ‘recommit’ my life to God’.

As scripture states in Isaiah 30:15 :
“In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength”,

Therefore,  I returned to GOD in repentance, and my strength got renewed.

Repentance is work!

Repentance involves action/activity!
It involves all the faculties of the soul and body!

With God’s enabling grace, all the books had to go and the reading habit changed. I made a bonfire of them. by

I began a tour of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation for the first time in my life!
Try it! You’ll be amazed at how ‘alive’ the Bible is.

I also started buying books by Christian writers- I love reading!

My music changed! All those mind polluting and demon attracting meaningless songs were replaced with Gospel, soul stirring, spirit lifting, inspiring with thought provoking and faith building lyrics.
I love music- we are a family of singers and musicians.

Television and the Big screen were affected also. It required discipline, determination and selfless commitment. It was not easy, but it was and is doable.

I had to take my ‘walk’ with GOD to another level and that involved attending regular fellowship with other Believers, which meant I had to ‘commit’ to a ‘church family’, as well as Join a service department in church.

I submitted to the ‘spiritual authority’ of the pastor and of course had to go through the ‘New Believers’ class/foundation school, got re-baptized(I chose to), went through school of discipleship etc.

Whatever was needful to take me out of the quagmire I got myself into, I was willing to do so!
Even though I got born again and Spirit-filled, my spirit man was underdeveloped.

My first major crisis after my rebirth was the death of my mother in 1972 when I was a teenager. It was a very traumatic experience for me. My grief and search for vengeance disabled my faith in GOD.

I did love GOD and grew up knowing I was a chosen vessel, but that did not stop my wrong choices.

I blamed my mother’s death on my paternal family and swore to avenge her death. I lost control and the demons regained control!
I cut off everyone, and left off my Christian community because they preached forgiveness. They counseled me to leave vengeance to God! I was too bitter to heed their counsel.

The devil took advantage of my unforgiveness, bitterness and grief and I reverted to ‘unsaved’ mode.

Those dark years lasted for as long as I allowed it.

As I stated earlier, my deliverance involved a complete turn around in all the faculties of my soul – my will/volition; my mind/intellect; my emotion/feeling had to change.

How I used my physical senses of  sight, mouth, hearing, feeling and smell  had to change also, so as to reflect my NEW nature in Christ .

When the positive spiritual controls the  soul, the soul would control the body, and  character transformation would become evident!

As I started receiving Bible doctrines into my Soul, my thought pattern began to change.
My  mindset/mental attitude changed. My priorities changed as well.

Forgiveness and peace flooded my soul.
My life’s focus became God, and the doing of HIS will. Which was easy because as Bible states:
” it is God who is at work in you, both to will and to work for His good pleasure” Philippians 2:13.

I had issues with ill-health – asthma, terrible allergy issues, weight loss, volatile temper, ulcers, etc.

I had to unlearn lots of self-defeating attitudes and character traits.

It was a deliverance process which I was determined to follow through!

I remember I submitted to deliverance ministrations once but it was too abusive – the hitting, pushing, turning and shouting I could not accept. I could not relate it with the GOD I had come to know.
Deep in me, I knew deliverance had to be better than all that pushing, shouting and shoving.

Now I know for sure. That deliverance from demons etc is by the Word of God.

As I pondered why some of my issues continued – especially the dream-state sex abuse by evil spirits, with its consequent marital issues, this scripture came alive in my spirit:
‘ whatsoever is born of God is victorious over the world, this is the victory that has overcome the world, even my faith”! 1John 5:4

That verse have had tremendous impact in my life and ministry. It became my ‘mantra’ and I confessed it like this:
“I Hephzibah I’m born of GOD. My dreams, goals and aspirations etc are born of GOD. Therefore, am victorious over- failures, sex in the dream, demonic oppressions, satan’s targeting, witchcraft manipulations, occult projections, family curses, ancestral yokes and burdens, single parenting, failed marriages, wickedness in high places, anger, bitterness etc.”

I confessed the Word over all my challenges, afflictions and character deficits!

Every day, I persevered in prayers as if my life depended on it. Every manifested evil in my family came under the hammer of the Word! I crushed them to pieces!!!! It was warfare.

From midnight to 6 am  daily, I would be in prayers, my prayer ministry was birthed in those days. I prayed all manner of prayers. And the power of GOD came mightily upon me.
Demons ran out of my orbit.
The fire-power was too much for them.

If you are not praying the WORD then you are without spiritual weapons.

Such much power is released at the place of prayer.
As the warfare raged, I would pray for all my children and siblings: mentioning them by name and claiming them for Christ. As I battled in prayer over all my families known challenges, their circumstances changed as well.

Brethren, the Word works and GOD answers prayers.

Deliverance without the Word, prayers and Godly living is an exercise in futility.

Today, we are a living testimony that through Prayer, faith in GOD, receiving and applying of Bible doctrines and with the Help of the Holy Spirit: those unrelenting spirit, soul and body ‘issues’ will be CURED!

Prayer:

ABBA Father, I bring before your Throne of mercy all those who are experiencing a string of bad outcomes as well as those who are being sexually violated by demons.

In the matchless name of Jesus Christ  I declare them loosed from the holds of those evil spirits and oppression.

I bind the forces of evil to never go near them again.

Thank You Father for the liberty we have in Christ Jesus who went a out doing good.

We pull down strongholds and demolish all arguments that is hindering people from advancing in their relationship with God.

Glory be to You Holy God for separating us to You as Holy and untouchables to the forces of evil.

Continue to work in us both to will and to do of your good pleasure, in Christ JESUS matchless name. Amein.

Process Your Deliverance 

Your deliverance is not in the hands of Deliverance ministers. It is in the Word of God.

God sent His Word to heal save, deliver and prosper us. Confront your issues.
I was privileged to serve in a deliverance ministry that specialized in beating demons out of people.
The deliverance ministers were very violent and demon conscious. Every person who had problems were demonized. And were treated as such.
During deliverance sessions, people were turned around until they become dizzy and fall down. During the turning around process, names of demons would be called out and told to leave.
Some People got delivered. But it was a very scary process.
Many people are still going through horrible experiences in a bid to be delivered.

The Good News is that God sent His Word to save, heal, deliver and prosper us.
Deliverance is a done deal. And like salvation, it is received by faith in Christ Jesus.
The Born again child of God is, ‘delivered from the domain of darkness and transported into God’s Kingdom of light, the day you received Christ into your life.

Deliverance is both an accomplished fact and an ongoing process as pointed out by Apostle Paul in the scripture which states:
”… who delivered us from so great a peril of death, and will deliver us, He on whom we have set our hope. And He will yet deliver us,” 2 Corinthians 1:10.

In the past Christ manifested and accomplished our salvation, healings and Deliverance. Done deal!

But all of the above must be appropriated to be effective. You have to receive it by faith. You have to work out your deliverance by applying scriptures to your reality.

Deliverance or Spiritual therapy, is a process whereby we appropriate the victory of the cross in our daily living by confronting our reality with the truth of GOD’s Word that we have received.

The process of Deliverance is like going into therapy, that is, Bible Based and Christ Centered Therapy.

Casting out demons is the least important procedure in deliverance.

The major procedure in deliverance is the feeding of your soul with the Word of God and living a Godly lifestyle. You won’t need to cast the demons out, they will run out. Two cannot walk together unless they are in agreement.

The reason the demons feel at home in and around you is because you are demon friendly. Your lifestyle has created a conducive habitat for them.

Once your mental attitude/mindset changes to reflect your born again status, demons can’t stay.
Stop believing old wives tales. Search the scriptures.

Deliverance is a process because revelation is progressive, and the understanding of spiritual truths is not by fiat.
The more you study, ingest and metabolize Bible Doctrine, the more your spirit, soul and body will be saturated with Divine power, and the more the light shines in you and the darkness in your soul disappears!

The Truth of GOD’s Word that you know and apply is the Truth that will set you free.

The Truth is that Christ died for our salvation, those who Believe and receive the word are saved!
Salvation like deliverance and healing is a done deal but many are still in bondage today because they have not caught the revelation in that area of their life.
Your deliverance is in the Word of God you know and apply.

In the particular area that you apply the Truth of the WORD, it is that day that you get delivered from that particular issue!

From today BEHAVE what you believe.

What area of your life still need the Truth of GOD’s Word.
Search the scriptures and do away with fables and let the glorious light of the GOSPEL shine into your heart.

The Better than yoga exercise for Christians

Yoga is not a Christian form of meditation. Any Christian who practices any form of yoga is deviating from the Christian discipline.  And by doing yoga  you would also be  activating demon spirits who would eventually access your life to cause troubles.

But this Christian form of meditation which is shared with you here:  would keep  you demons free, delivered, victorious and fruitful in righteousness.

Step 1: Choose a quiet spot where you won’t be distracted :Take your Bible, sit down and read a chapter.

Step 2: Still sitting :Close your eyes. Bow down your head in worship. With your elbows on your laps, entwine your fingers and rest your fore head or wrap your hands round your body in an embrace.

Step 3: Let the Words you read from your Bible flow through your mind.

Step 4: Go down on your knees. Lift your holy hands towards heaven and gently away from side to side.

Step 4: Let gratitude flood your soul and flow out through your mouth in songs of praise to God for all your challenges and blessings. Extol God with high praise.

Step 5: In that same mood, open your mouth and speak blessings over your families, friends, church, community, country: and salvation for the unsaved. Make Prophetic Declarations (10mins)

Step 6: Now you can pour out your heart to God. Express yourself freely. You are in the Throne Room. Share your joys, pains, disappointments, expectations – everything troubling your mind with Him. Ask Him whatever you need. Just upload all your problems (take all the time you need).

Step 7: Sit still. Be quiet and confident. And listen to God’s Word that will come to you in your spirit. Have a pen and paper handy to write it all down.

Step 8: Arise! Strengthened, energized, invigorated, empowered healed and filled afresh with the Holy Spirit.

Christianity involves living a life of faith in God, discipline as well as manifesting the fruits of righteousness. It is therefore important that you do this at least once daily for better results.
