“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. ” (See Romans 8:28, KJV)
When you answer the first call that says “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest…ye shall find rest unto your souls ” (Read Matthew 11:28-29, KJV).
Indeed, you do find rest for your soul when you become born again.
However, when you commit to the higher Call to function as a royal-priest of God, your life will turn right-side up.
But it would seem as if your life is falling apart.
Noo, your life is not falling apart. Rather, you are being refined so that your lifestyle will be compliant with God’s purpose for your life.
Therefore, You should renew your mind and Consider your challenges as ‘on-the-job-training’.
Perish that ‘victim mentality’. For the Bible says, “…every child of God defeats this evil world, and we achieve this victory through our faith” (1 John 5:4 NLT)
If the problems are unrelenting and just won’t go away, then you need to appraise or re-evaluate your performance.
For, Until the lessons are learned, you will continue to retake the tests. God does not promote on trial or on weak pass. Excellence is HIS standard.
Even if you flunk the test like Moses did while he was in a conducive environment, God won’t give up on you. He would only change the school and the tutors, but the curriculum will not change.
Remember how Moses fled the palace and ended up as son-inlaw to Jethro in the wilderness?
I pray you won’t have to use like ’80 years to train on the job’.
You are needed out there on the field. Souls are perishing. There are those waiting for your special kind of ministry!
Therefore, listen and obey the prompting of the Holy Spirit, your Resident-Helper.
It is important that you focus on what you are called to do and excel at it.
Stop looking at or copying what minister A or B are doing.
Put your challenges in perspective- They are aimed at perfecting you for the work of ministry, and not to destroy you.
You should aim at manifesting Christlikeness in worship, character and service (John 4:24, Galatians 5:22-23, John 4:34)
Because, No matter the challenges you are facing, the purpose of your Call will always prevail over your challenging circumstances, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ ♥️
Shalom from Hephzibah Christly TheSpiritualWarrior, March 21st, 2023.
