Answer:

It simply means that the forces of darkness have targeted you, and are using black witchcraft to scare you!

If you are born again, do not fear , you must understand that “everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world—our [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God].” (1 John 5:4 AMP)

You must not allow fear to get hold of your mind or else, satan will hold you strongly.

Remember also that “God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].” (2 Timothy 1:7 AMP)

What you should do:

1. Thank God for the restraining order that has incapacitated the forces of evil from taking advantage of you. (Read Ephesians 4:30, Ampc)

2. Reaffirm your faith in God and declare your positional righteousness in Christ Jesus (Read 2Corinthians 5:21)

3. If you have any unconfessed sins in your life, acknowledge it and read 1 John 1:9. You need to understand that sin is what gives legal grounds for demons to attack the children of God. Confessions of sins to God, removes the legal grounds and restores your fellowship with God. Making you totally inaccessible to demons.

4. Read Luke 10:19, and using your authority, Command all evil spirits with their relatives that are assigned against you, to go at once to the feet of Jesus Christ. 

5. Command also, all the works of the devil, including witchcraft manipulations and  projectiles to implode immediately.

6. Command all monitoring and homing devices set up for your sake, to self-destruct 🔥 at once.

7. Affirm that you bear the mark of  Christ on your body,  therefore all satanic marks are deleted by the blood of Jesus Christ. ( Read Galatians 6:17)

8. Affirm that surely, goodness and mercy follows you all the days of your life,  and that greater grace and supernatural favors are working for you, in the matchless name of Jesus Christ.  

9. Thank God for your deliverance and share your testimony with us and others. 

10.  If you are not born again: below is what you need to do, before you can say the prayers 1-9.

* Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal Savior.

* Believe in your heart that He paid the price for your sins by dying in your place and God raised Him from the dead. 

* Confess with your mouth that you are saved. (Read Romans 10:9-10)  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, shall be saved.

Salvation Prayer:

Father God, thank you for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ for my sins. Thank you for your saving grace that delivers from the power of darkness and translates believers to the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. I accept Jesus Christ as my Savior. I believe He is alive and I confess that I am saved in the name of Jesus Christ. 

Thank you Father God for your grace that has brought Salvation, deliverance, healings,  prosperity and restoration to greater glory to me and my household, in Jesus’ matchless name.
