Bible Base:
“Now this is the inscription that was written out: ‘MENĒ, MENĒ, TEKĒL, UPHARSIN.’ This is the interpretation of the message: ‘MENĒ’—God has numbered your kingdom and put an end to it. ‘TEKĒL’—you have been weighed on the scales and found deficient. ‘PERĒS’—your kingdom has been divided and given over to the Medes and Persians.” (Daniel 5:25‭-‬28 NASB1995)

People of God, last night, God laid upon me the burden that we should stand against ‘sleeper-cells’. 

My intelligence resources say that, ‘sleeper-cell’ are a group of well trained terrorists, planted to integrate into a local community for-

a) intelligence gathering, b) proselytizing of communities, and  c) to fight from the inside against the people in their communities, at a prearranged signal.

Sleeper cells are very insidious. Those responsible for violence, supply weapons and plant bombs. And they also finance operations by camouflaging as charitable organizations to raise funding to acquire sophisticated weapons. 

Only with supernatural Divine Interventions are Sleeper cells exposed and eliminated.

Let us Pray:

 Almighty God, we are thankful that your Finger of Judgement is pointed against ‘sleeper cells’ in our environment: to completely disconnect and destroy them,  and to demoralize their strategists with Your show of power.

And as Your Oracles we order all the spiritual forces of evils controlling Sleeper cells in all environments, to leave at once to the feet of Jesus Christ. 

Using Nigeria as a point of contact to reach the world; we declare that all the efforts of the various Islamic religious radicals and related  evil doers,  are supernaturally defeated. 

We declare that Nigeria 🇳🇬 will never become an Islamic state, or another Lebanon, Turkey or Pakistan. 

Everything in creation is hereby activated to fight against Sleeper cells, wherever they are located in heaven , on earth or beneath the earth. 

Hear O earth, houses, schools, forests, counties, and everything else in  creation,  vomit Sleeper cells out for justice to be served.

We proclaim that all Sleeper cells are exposed, all their spirit-guides are cut-off and blinded, and the fear and dread of God incapacitate all their human handlers. 

Thank You Father God that Your anger is kindled against the financiers, strategists, and handlers of these wicked irreverent, deceptive and wicked schemes.

Show Your mighty power in allowing the supernatural self-destructions of all the infrastructures of Sleeper cells, and the cut-off of all reinforcements; -of arms, ammunition and personnel. 

We rest in the assurance that  the sleeper cells will never receive the instructions to attack us or initiate acts of terrorism in our environments. 

 The strongholds of violence, deception, falsehoods, wickedness, killings, and related evils no longer exists in our nations.

With God’s Word of faith in our mouths, We decree that whoever insists on fighting against  the people of God, should destroy themselves immediately.

Let banditry, terrorism, kidnappings and all related evils, end at once.

We declare Shalom! Shalom!

Thank You our Rock of Shelter that You have made us invincible, and  have placed under Your Seal of protection, all the places and people that already are targeted by Sleeper cells.

In the matchless name of Jesus Christ we pray.
