Day 40: Prayer Focus: Thanksgiving & Wholesomeness 

Scripture Base: Luke 17:17-19

Then Jesus asked, “Were not ten [of you] cleansed? Where are the [other] nine? Was there no one found to return and to give thanks and praise to God, except this foreigner?” Jesus said to him, “Get up and go [on your way]. Your faith [your personal trust in Me and your confidence in God’s power] has restored you to health.” (Luke 17:17-19, AMP)

• Introduction:

Dearly Beloved.  Today is the 40th day of our Intensive 40 days Prayer  and fasting sessions. I am.so thankful for the grace of God that gave us the time and chance to do this.

Thanksgiving brings wholeness.  From our opening scripture verse, the only one who was made whole eas the one who returned to give thanks. The other mine were healed but they still carried the evidence of their leprous past.

I am thankful for the opportunity to evangelize the world through our intercessory prayers. I thank God also for the ability to pray and to share the prayer points. It was no easy task.

Thank you for praying with us. Keep it going. What you have learned pass it on to others and keep praying. Shalom.
