 God uses the most unlikely people. Just look at the disciples. They were hardly the kind of men typically thought of as great, but after Jesus grabbed their hearts and the Holy Spirit came to live within them, they turned the world upside down. 

God’s not looking for the Most Impressive People. 

HIS MEASURING STICK is the HEART.

Bible says,

“The LORD doesn’t see things the way you see them. People judge by outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” (1Samuel 16:7b, NLT)

 When WE are Characterized by the following qualities:  AVAILABILITY, HUMILITY, and SIMPLICITY, He can do the most amazing work through us.

Never pay attention to those who are looking down at you. They will look up to you and their eyes will be filled with respect for God. Amein!

27 Instead, God chose things the world considers foolish in order to shame those who think they are wise. And he chose things that are powerless to shame those who are powerful. 28 God chose things despised by the world,[h] things counted as nothing at all, and used them to bring to nothing what the world considers important. 29 As a result, no one can ever boast in the presence of God.

30 God has united you with Christ Jesus. For our benefit God made him to be wisdom itself. Christ made us right with God; he made us pure and holy, and he freed us from sin. 31 Therefore, as the Scriptures say, “If you want to boast, boast only about the Lord.”[i] (1 Corinthians 1: 26:31; NLT)
